Older Spanish lady that works there in the night is the worst customer care employee I?ve ever had to deal with. She saw my... boyfriend and I struggling to get the machine to work and just ignored us until I asked her for help. She kept looking on melike I was crazy for asking her to help me? lady isn?t this your job? She was so miserable. SMH. I love coming to this Red Mango. I go there nearly every day. The customer service is amazing. What's great is how they can... customize your order. The employees are courteous and smile every time I walk through the door. There's an older lady who worksthere around 5 or 6 PM with an accent. She is always so friendly. Thank you for your kindness. This was first time at... red mango and honestly the last one. when I got there all the machines were down. very limited selection of ice cream. onlythree flavors at the time which none of them were classic or regular basic flavors. Since none of those flavors I liked. Itried the original thinking that is basic vanilla or something like that. Just for me to find out that that is not. It?s ahorrible sour flavor.
