I've been coming for years and when they had a male manager he had a guy named Sam working there who did great job ever since... new lady became manager I don't see Sam anymore and there coffees are disgusting seen roaches in location and dead fly in mycoffee then my bagel had been burned and black. Honestly I don?t understand all these horrible reviews why don?t we speak upon rude customers? I went there today to order an... ice coffee and the manager was nice and polity while a customer just rudely gave attitude over an items that?s not even part ofthe summer. Like come on. She held herself and I give it up to her because honestly some of YOU customers are so rude andunnecessary to people that are simply doing there job. I honestly love this atmosphere they are so nice. I placed my order thru the app upon getting there I find they ran out of ingredients so my order wasn?t ready. I placed the... order around 11am got to the store around 1130ish they ran out of almond milk nor did they have oat milk. Then I find out theyran out of the avocado spread so I had to get something else. By then I was just ready to go and upon getting home I looked atmy donuts just to see that they just gave me whatever despite me customizing them thru the order. Will not be a store id visitagain. I dread going to this location and ONLY do when I'm in a position where time and convenience are priority. This location just... does not have their management and processes in order. App orders are unlabeled so when you arrive to the location neither youNOR THEY know what orders are sitting on the counter. Employees are too busy having side conversations that they aren'tcommunicating with each other on their job and failing customer service. More often than not I observe them having to redoorders because it's incorrect from what a customer (including myself) have ordered and having to discard the original. Corporatewaste of product. $$$$ My favorite though is the never failing nasty looks I get when I order my "large cold brew black", and itcomes out brown (thus with some dairy) and they make me feel like I'm the bad customer. I order it from the app. It's printedfor them to read. How am I in the wrong? Slow service and incorrect order is so expected for this location that it's a commonjoke in the area when talking about it. A neighbor of mine who lives in walking distance of the location gets on the closestinterstate to go to a further location just to avoid this one. I go to 646 North Ave. How is another location a mile away A+ butthis one is lower than an F rating? I'm giving one star because Google won't let me give less. Dunkin Corporate, please address. This location really needs a revamp. Service is horrible. Plenty of staff, but needs lots of training. Your coffee is wrong at... least 50% of the time,because they don't read the ticket. You order on the mobile app, get there 10 - 15 min later and stillhave to wait for your order. Then when you say something the new female mgr. Gets nasty with you and gives you an additude. Read more
Very slow and management is horrible and this is everyday!! U should not have the lady at the registered stop taking people... orders just too go make coffee and etc. And there should be a person for online orders because the workers gettingoverwhelmed!!! U make money stop being cheap Read more
