I was highly disappointed with this item. I ordered a Flatbread pizza which they overcooked to the point the edge of the pizza... was burnt. This basically was matza bread. I understand that they might off been busy or even short staffed, or even in themiddle of chaos they forget the pizza in the oven but why take my money and serve me this. This rating actually gets no stars. Someone hacked my account, ordered food using my debit card. Immediately I get an email. I... live in GA! Called and spoke to the manager explaining my situation and to cancel the order and refund my money. He said hewould refund the money. Here I am now that mo refund has been issued. I do have the email confirmation as well as contactdetails on the person who ordered based off email. There will be a police report filed. I work too hard for my money to bestolen from. Read more
My entire household had food poisoning after eating from here. My son woke up in the middle of the night crying in pain saying... his stomach was hurting him. He kept violently throwing up. His father was also sick and his friends mother also reported herson being ill as well. I don't know what sanitary practices this establishment has but clearly they are dropping the ball. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! I always get the same thing when I order from here. The mix and match deal. It's the only reason I... choose to eat at Domino's instead of a local pizza place. This time when I placed my order they ended up charging me double theprice advertised. I ended up spending $40 on 4 items which with the deal it should've been around $25. The franchise owneroffered to send me a coupon and said it was my fault for reading the coupon wrong as if I'm illiterate. Only one of the itemsthat I got didn't apply to the coupon and I had already told her I was fine with paying full price for that item. But don'tadvertise certain prices and then charge a different price. It's dishonest and honestly if I'm going to be spending that muchmoney on pizza I rather just support a local pizza place instead. Domino's used to be my favorite place for pizza, I wouldliterally order every week, but clearly a lot of things have been going downhill with this business. Read more
The customer service here is probably the worst I?ve ever experienced here. Over the last 6 years from ordering from here Id... honestly say they messed up my order 75% of the time. The people that work here truly don?t care in the slightest about yourorder, as it literally always takes 2+ hours despite saying 35-45 minutes. The only reason I?m writing this review which is theonly review I?ve ever written is because a day ago I ordered 70 dollars worth of food that took over 2 hours to get there and bythe time it did it was extremely late at night and i wasn?t even notified that it had arrived. The driver didn?t even ring thedoorbell. So around after ordering at 9 pm I came down around 1 am just to let the dogs in to find the dominos sitting therecovered in water and bugs. The next day I call to get my money back/refund and they put me on hold for an hour then hang up andthen do not return my calls. It?s actually beyond pathetic they shake you down for tips because they are so bad at what they do.I regret tipping 10 dollars to a person making a 3 minute drive. Read more
