Chef Abyssinia was terrific! I set up a cooking class for 4 people for my wife's birthday. The food was delicious, she did an... excellent job working with my wife and two adult kids, and we really enjoyed ourselves. The communication in advance and paymentprocess was seamless, and she texted me on the way to let me know she was running a few minutes late, so she's obviouslyresponsible and conscientious. Chef Abyssinia is incredible. In addition to being absolutely delightful and a wonderful person, she is a truly exceptional... chef. Everything she does is done with incredible attention to detail. Her food is beautifully presented, delicious andinventive. I cannot say enough good about her. This is our second time using her to cook dinner for us on Christmas Eve. Wecannot even decide which meal was better: this year or last year. Chef Abyssinia and I worked together to plan the menu bothtimes. She listened, responded creatively and both times, we ended up with menus that were amazing- as good as anything we wouldhave in a very high end restaurant in NY. Chef Abyssinia catered a small surprise 30th Birthday dinner for us and did an absolutely fantastic job. She was very responsive... and worked with us regarding any dietary restrictions in the weeks leading up to the dinner.
