I order from here all the time and it seems to get progressively worse. I think after the last visit, it will be just that. I... order via online and it never really gets messed up. This time, I ordered the same as always. App says 15min so I set a timerfor 20 and drive is 5. I get there and the staff blatantly ignore me as I stand at the front counter and greet them. I pay forthe pizza and am not handed a pizza nor told how long it will take. Other people come in and out and order, wait, and get theirfood. While I?m stuck waiting for an extra 30mins for a pizza I already paid for. Turns out it was in the hotbox the whole timeand they decided to check before they closed so that they wouldn?t have to make another. Good job! Read more

Pizza has always been good, but several times when I have tried to get pizza they have stated they are closing early. They only... stay open until 7pm even on Saturday, and then when they close early at 6:30ish it is even more of an issue. We need a secondpizza parlor in New Roads. Read more
Ordered a pizza, cheese sticks and drink back in July. Order was delivered without the drink. When I asked the delivery driver... where the drink was he replied?oh yeah, it does doesn?t it. Decided to get credit to my account, but never received it. Took ongood faith and ordered today. 1 pizza...called to see if my pizza was on its way almost 1.5 hours after order placed. Theyanswered and they never started the order. Said they lost the ticket. My pepperoni lovers pizza is only half and half cheese. Read more
Ugh. Where to begin. I ordered at 5:30, got called 20 minutes later saying they didn't have a delivery driver so I had to come... pick it up. Showed up by 6 when it was supposed to be delivered by, and it still wasn't even ready. Honesty this particularstore really cannot get out of their own way. After the previous order screw up I'm done. I hate to say it but frozen pizza willbe my pizza of choice for as long as I live in New Roads. Btw, I order at 5:30 and it's 20 after 6 and I'm still waiting. Edit:called the district manager but really no resolution happened, and then after I got home found out the marinara sauce for thebread sticks was ice cold.
