Ordered a burger and got home and it was super pink inside so I stopped eating it. My boyfriend ate his and got food poisoning.... Went back a couple months later and got a raw burger again. This time we went back and they gave us new burgers and a free mealwhich was nice but when we got hope the new burgers were raw too. Friendliest Freddy's we've ever been to - and that's saying something! Excellent food, very clean, quick service. Updated:... can't seem to get orders right last 3x we've gone. First time no fries with combos. Second time left a paper cone wrap INSIDEthe cone and put frozen custard in it - didn't find it until we bit into plastic/paper. Went thru the drive thru today for a SINGLE Cheesburger, with grilled onions and ketchup?$7.32?what?? About 2 weeks ago ordered... the same item and it was about $5.32! A $2 increase?! I understand prices are going up on everything but I guess it is signsof our time. Plus the lack of customer service was a lot to be desired?one of the girls at the window was chatting away on thephone and never acknowledged I was there for a whole 8 minutes. Freddy?s is so good! It?s definitely a different kind of burger but delicious nevertheless. The fries are crispy and salted,and... the fry sauce is the perfect pairing. Now they even have a jalapeño fry sauce. The staff is always helpful and if they aren?tbusy, they offer to take your trash. Not many fast food places do that.
