Every single item on my online order was somehow messed up. I asked for no chipotle on anything and they put it on my chalupa... (which doesn?t get chipotle to begin with) because I asked for another sauce, instead of remaking they just put both sauceson. Forgot my potatoes I like sour cream so I added sour cream to my items and didn?t receive it on anything. My freezes werehalf melted from the time it took for them to hand them to me out the window. We call this taco bell the disappointment taco bell. Without fail, there is always an issue. Have been 4 times since March and... have had to complain each time. Have decided to now just make the drive to Stillwater when we want TBell. The item I get you'reunable to customize on the kiosks so when I go inside I need to order at the counter and they always make me try the kioskfirst. Customers should always come first and trust me, if I could avoid your horrible service and use the kiosk, I would. Read more
Absolutely the worst customer service and food from this location. After many previous bad experiences from this location with... food quality. I decided to give this location another try because I do love taco bell. Well after this visit I don't know if Iwill ever even visit any location again. I arrived in the drive thru and there were zero cars in the line. I ordered and paidand then was asked to pull around and he would bring it out. I waited and waited. I watched as the employee brought out orderafter order to all the people waiting in parking spots. No wonder there was no line. Each time going to each car one by one notknowing whose order was who's. The door to the lobby would also lock each time so the employee would be locked out. Afterwaiting 30 minutes I flagged the employee down and said this was ridiculous and asked for my money to be returned. Afterconferring with his manager I was told that I couldn't get my money returned and still got no food. All of the employees thengathered at the back door to watch me waiting in the parking with no food and now no money. Eat at Culvers Better food and youwill actually get it. Read more
Horrible customer service.. might have been just the guy I experienced.. but did a mobile order.. he had no idea who I was.. but... my order was sitting on a counter the hole time.. just sad. Not to mention the taco I got.. who knows.. should have wentsomewhere for a salad I guess. Read more
