Update: We had our wedding reception here on October 1, 2022. We couldn't be happier with the event. Lindsay K. was our event... coordinator and she made sure everything ran smoothly. We did our late night pizza through 45th and it was out of this world. The crust was just something else. We had leftovers, but we took all of it back with us and people still fought for a slice backat the hotel. The drinks are still phenomenal. We had a His/Her drink. Totally fun to create our own, but sure we were aheadache for them hahaha. They still put up with us. If you're wanting more than just a ballroom vibe, and really charge thingsup, this event space is awesome. Can't wait to return as a married couple for a date night :) This place has really expandedsince our last visit with an event center, bar, and brick oven pizza! The pizza is fantastic! Read more

It had been years since we'd last been to 45th Parallel. The experience was three time better than we remembered. The facility... has grown thoughtfully and strategically to accommodate the best interests of the company and the needs of the community. From, the best Distillery Tour Guide a person could ask for (we're talking about you, Tobias), to an amazing restaurant (with freakingAWESOME pizza) and event center, this place is simply amazing. Everyone here is genuinely appreciative that you've chosen tospend your time with them instead of someone else. And it shows in every interaction. And the product has continued to improveover time. We got to try several different spirits, and there wasn't a mutt in the bunch. For those of you who have been herebefore, you already know what I mean. For those of you who haven't, put it on your list. You'll thank me later. ???? Read more

We had the most amazing experience with Lindsay and her team at 45th Parallel for our wedding reception. The communication... leading up to the day was excellent, the pricing was fair and flexible to fit our needs/budget, the food was amazing, and thevenue itself was beautiful. I couldn't have asked for anything more! Read more

I just took the tour with last weekend with some friends. Our tour guide Tobias was very informative and fun. It was a great... time. Interesting and fun. I would definitely suggest getting the cocktails on the tasting. Read more

We went to the Stillwater location and they said we HAD to visit the WI location. So we made reservations right then. We... arrived for our tour a few minutes late, but were shown exactly where to go to meet our tour. The tour guide was extremelyknowledgeable and had all sorts of interesting tidbits to share. We have been on many distillery tours and this one is one ofour favorites. We enjoyed the tasting after the tour. I was impressed with how many different products they make and that wecould taste all of them. I highly recommend the mini-cocktail add on, it really highlighted the complexity and options for thevarious spirits. Read more

We had the pleasure of taking a tour of the distillery, lead by a man named Tobias (I believe). It was a very interesting and... in-depth tour, and it was great to learn how intricate the spirit-making process is. I appreciate how clean the facility is andthat the company really focuses on quality over quantity. After the tour, we got to enjoy a generous number of samples. Weparticularly enjoyed the vodka, gin, and the limoncello and orangcello (we learned that it?s best to keep the latter two in thefreezer and drink cold - it?s quite smooth!). The whiskeys, particularly the bourbon, were also good. I look forward to tryingout the restaurant! Read more

I?ve been to 31 countries, almost all 50 states, and Jack Daniel?s Distillery as well, for that matter, and I have to say that... this place can be considered world class. So, local business people, if I were you, this is the place I?d bring guests forlunch, dinner, and to pick up some high grade souvenirs to wear or drink See pics. The bonfire outside is welcoming and actuallythrows off lotsa heat even on a winter day. We had pizzas, cocktails, and beer. One pizza came out burnt on the bottom (theyshould have caught that) but they replaced it right away. I?ve spent time in & around Naples Italy, where pizzas are correctlymade. Except for the buffalo mozzarella, these are very close to the real deal. Read more

came to the area on an errand and decided to stop in on a whim and boy we sure were glad we did! we had our dog with us which... meant we had to sit outside by their fire but no complaints about that because they have an awesome area outside. they didn?ttechnically have servers for that area but they were still super helpful! they even brought our pup water! the cocktails, beer, and food were all great! now i just wish it wasn?t almost an hour away from us!
