This location used to be good & Occasionally it's still decent, if you're lucky enough for them to serve you and actually have... what you want. I went through drive through, and ordered a sandwich meal and asked for a chili instead of fresh. She said that any of the... combos could substitute chili instead of frys. That was a plus for me, trying to stay away from alot of starches. I was verygood and satisfying. Read more

This is one of the worst Wendy's I've ever been to by far. Rude employees, poor service & horrible food! I will give you a quick... example. I asked for fresh fries since mine were ice cold, The manager was at the window I could tell from his shirt since itwas different than everybody else's. When I went to hand him back the fries he snapped at me and said "I can't take those" Ithen asked again "Can I please have fresh fries these are ice cold". He rolls his eyes and slams the window closed. I wait acouple minutes then the manager hands me new fries but they weren't new they had been fried probably four times prior to thatand we're all hard. At this point I was so disgusted by the service I just wanted to get out of there. I was still waiting on mydrink. I waited another 5 minutes of course getting attitude when I asked for it. Needs help or to be shut down. A bunch of Grey haired slow pokes who have no idea where they are or what they are doing. Went... through the drive thru. Only one window open. Paid. Was immediately handed our food. Which was the first sign we were missingsomething. Asked if everything was there. They said yes and then started staring at the car behind us as to signal we need togo. We move forward but shouldn't have. We were missing an entire meal but we didn't know. I realized we were missing a fryorder so hubby parked and went in. 15 minutes later and a drive thru that's cleared out numerous times, I go inside and askwhat's going on. Realizing nothing besides them completely ignoring my husband who is patiently waiting at the register, I askthe fry person if we can please get some fries. We've already paid it was just missing from the bag. Another worker interruptsrudely with, "What's this geniuses problem?". Honestly my problem is that your incompetence is wasting my time. Spend more timedoing your job and less time running your mouth and you won't have to deal with a customer asking for their fries. I didn'tdegrade you or your laziness, why make jabs at me? I paid and I'd like to go, ya know? I went through the drive thru to avoidcoming inside. Not to do both.. come on now. By the time we got home the food was definitely cold and for whatever reason theburgers were pink inside. This is my vow to stop giving yall my business. Its literally all Wendy's that suck now. Night shift worker in the area only food open around during my break ordered a baconator combo and a large fry both fries were... old, barely warm initial thought was that's disappointing then I opened my burger cold and only one patty. It was a long wait atthe window as well the person working at it was friendly though. Worst location ever! I didn?t receive the drink that I ordered. When I actually opened up my food I found warm burgers(3) and... old fries. I ordered a large and got a box less than half full. When I gave them back the worker told me that was a large.Another costumer started laughing and said no it?s not. When we got our replacement fries they were the same. Cold old andnasty! I complained to the manager who was more concerned about her feelings being hurt. It says on the box HOT and FRESHGuaranteed!!! These are the fries I ended up with Steer clear of this location!
