Always clean and friendly staff. Kids love the frosty....even though the strawberry frosty has been missing for a couple weeks.... Son loves the Jr. Bacon cheeseburger but with only ketchup on it. But, for some reason I always have to double check theburger... once when I said ketchup only, they even left off the bacon..lol. Best Wendy?s in the area and we only have 3 to choose from. Any time we go it?s hot and fresh, service is quick, orders are... correct and when you ask for extra napkins they give you more then 2. Most importantly it?s clean!! The other 2 Wendy?s yourfeet stick to the floors. Gross! I?m sorry to be harsh but these wealthy businesses should know how to keep their restaurant?sclean. This place along with almost all the food places around NPR are ghetto.. At this Wendy?s the food is never fresh, you hardly... ever get your dipping sauce and the lazy kid on the burger station doesn?t wrap the sandwiches right.. just throws it in thewrapper so it falls out in the bag.. the management here needs to be replaced! My experience is always consistent. Good food, good prices and not a place to go if you're in a hurry. They always seem a like... bit slower then the other fast food chains. But when the quality and service is better, I have no issues being patient. Read more

$18 an hour and can't make 2 sandwiches. Got parked. After 5 min went in for order. Was given wrong order. Asked for a refund.... Manager tried to make it right by having sandwiches made. After another 3 min & hearing her repeat the sandwich order 3 moretimes to the clueless grill crew I finally got my refund & still no sandwiches. Way to go Wendy's. Read more
