1st visit to our local Sioux City steakhouse. It was a filling experience. Our Server Erin ???????? was the best server we have... had in a long time. She was attentive and new what we needed before we even asked for it. Erin served the phenomenal prime riband it was cooked to perfection. Best Prime Rib in town, with the best service! Fist and last time going here. Our waitress was ok checked on drinks once but you could tell she was being fake. She didnt know... how to play the game. The food looked good. The coleslaw was not good no flavor at all.wild porta bella chicken was moist butvery salty, sweet potato was good. My hubby got the filet and it was cooked correctly but flavor wasnt great, loaded mash andbeans were ok. My oldest got a burger and it was over cooked and not much flavor. My youngest got grilled chicken alfredo.....it should have been called garlic sauce. We all love garlic but this was way over powering in smell and taste. Came here for our first time 10/22 and ended up going to a drive thru after. We were seated in a booth in the bar area. Service... was non existent. I ordered a prime rib and it came out completely cold. No one came back to offer refills or check on us untilmy wife was done with her meal, about 15 minutes. We ended up waving down our waitress and she acted as if it was not her job toserve us and acted like the prime rib is supposed to come out cold. Then the manager came and took 15 dollars off of bill butalso acted as if it’s supposed to come out cold. Was craving prime rib and left continuing to crave prime rib. Maybe next timeI’ll offer to pay double and I’ll actually get a hot steak and proper service. The McDonald’s down the street literallyoffered better service and food than this restaurant. Read more
