It had been a few years since going to this location as we didn't like the menu and price changes back then. My wife, son, and I... figured lets try it again and see. Turns out we should have stayed away. The food was a low meets on expectations. Three steakdinners all ordered rare and all done to three different levels of doneness. My wife's baked potato was not only small, but alsooverdone. Our server Tonya rushed us through the entire meal. She knew we all got salad bar, and still dropped the dinner orderin immediately. We were three bites into our salads when our meals came out. This is server 101 stuff and is ridiculous. Thenwhile we're in the middle of our entree's Tonya brings the bill. Even though she said "there's no rush on this" it was stillextremely rude almost like saying "are you done yet, what's taking so long?". My wife is a slow eater due to some digestiveissues, and getting rushed like this caused her some problems. This was absolutely uncalled for, rude, and unappreciated. Ourbill was $80.06 and I was generous tipping Tonya $8.50 on this bill for the lousy service we got. When she saw what I tipped wegot the most snide and disparaging "have an amazing night!" out of her. Will never be back and recommend others stay away also.Could have gone to Longhorn for less $$, gotten actual good steaks with a salad and the food wouldn't have come out until wewere done with our salads. When we got there the place was completely dead. Food was okay. The ribs were average. Fries weren?t that great. The pasta was... over cooked and was terrible. The salad at the salad bar was old. And the options were okay. The server called me bro which wasweird. Overall not a great experience. Other Ruby Tuesdays are better but will not be returning to this one. Read more
We had an excellent dinner for Moms Bday the staff was great very attentive. Salad bar was awesome. I had the New Orleans... seafood it was delicious. The manager Ken told us they put the sauce over the Bourbon Salmon so they cooked my mom another oneand comped her dinner. A great place to eat with very dedicated employees. 5 stars. We had Elizabeth for our server she was amazing!!! When we go back I will be requesting her again! She was very attentive,... sweet and extremely knowledgeable of all menu items she gave us some good drink recommendations. Salad bar perfect as usual. Ibelieve it was the manager Wes who came and checked on all the tables, very nice and professional. All the staff was great, ourfood was hot and just how we ordered it.
