The service was ridiculous, my family was waiting for over a half hour to get our meal, we wound up asking for our money... back. The service has gotten bad there. While getting my refund I saw what appeared to be the mgr peeking out to the front tosee what was up, instead of trying to find out or try to make things right she just ducked back into the back room. Taco Bell/KFC. I don't know why I keep going back. The tacos I got tasted nasty. Like rotten tomatoes, or sour cream. I got 6... soft reg. Tacos and 4 had tomatoes and 2 had sour cream. Evvverrry single time. That one store on Little Rd. Screws up. Got a30.00 piece chicken fill up. No gravy, had to drive back. Started going to store on 19. Service continues to keep getting worse at this location. The quality of food is also getting worse. The chicken is dry so was... probably on the warming tray way too long. The coleslaw tasted like it was spoiled. Wonder if they could even pass a healthdepartment inspection? Read more
The male cashier was horrible. I told him I wanted Three 1 piece breast fill ups and 1 potpie fill up meal. He insisted I was... wrong that the meal had 2 sides when it has 1. He rang up 2 sides of potatoes and gravy and I had to remind him of my potpiemeal. He overcharged and I had to get another employee to refund and give me the right order. I noticed he had issues with othercustomers too. He seemed inconvenienced by management asking him to clean. I have been really disappointed with the quality of the food at this location recently. It?s not as fresh and hot as it used to... be. On top of that, they are promoting order ahead and I have the app, but when you get to the drive through there is thisobnoxious sign that says pick up mobile orders inside (in other words, don?t bother us in the drive through). What if a customercan?t physically go inside and carry the food out? Don?t they realize how many other places you can just order online, payonline, and then just roll through the drive through for pickup? Why make it so hard? Read more

Idk what was wrong with that sandwich but I?ve been burping its strange aftertaste for 4-5 days now. I crapped 15x in 2 days... after eating it and farted so much I think I deflated. I?ve never experienced gas like that in my life. If I wasn?t stuck athome for the hurricane I would have had to cancel any plans from the stomach noises alone. Like, I farted for a solid minute andif not for me needing to breathe I think it would have kept going. That sandwich was like dropping an Alka-Seltzer intowater. Part of me appreciates this detox because I felt great on day 3 but I don?t think I will be eating fast food for quitesome time after that.
