They don?t have beyond burgers anymore. Which is the only reason I ever went here. Not that I like paying $12 just for a burger.... But come to find out, they don?t have beyond burgers anymore yet they are still on the menu. Did not tell me until after Iplaced my order. Asked me if I wanted anything else and absolutely I do not. I tried them for the first time the other day and got the impossible burger which you can ask for vegan and it removes mayo and... cheese. But I kept that on it and added egg (personal preference to eat plant based stuff & eggs are good protein in my eyes). &It was splendid! Super good and I had a side of quest taco seasoned chips for some extra protein that I brought in from theoutside. It was an amazing duo and was super filling! My husband used the bathroom and there was a spill and the worker went toclean it up as soon as he said something. They didn't try "up charging" us with some fries which my husband was disappointedabout cause it sorda influences his decision in if he should get fries or not.??????????????? Not that that is even a big dealbut the staff was friendly and the burger was super delicious. My husband got the double bacon cheeseburger and added egg andhash brown, and said it was super good and filling. We would come here again! The food here is so good! My only issue is that I get a different amount of food every time I go even though I order the same... things everytime. Aren't there set portion sizes for things? Usually the regular fries is enough to share today the portion wasonly enough for one child. I don't have young children so it kind of leaves us hungry after spending $30. Very disappointed in quality and customer service. After finally arriving home after being on a plane all day with minimal food,... I was craving a nice burger and fries. I grabbed my food to go from burgerfi in Trinity and went home to enjoy the meal. When Iopened the bag I was highly disappointed. The burger tasted fine but the truffle fries I ordered were completely burnt and hardas a rock. To add more insult to injury there was no truffle sauce included. I spent 6 bucks on the fries to throw them allaway. Not sure how you can look at those fries and say that?s good enough quality to serve. I didn?t want to leave a bad reviewand gave burgerfi a chance to rectify the situation. I went to the website to submit my concern with pic attached and got noresponse. With poor quality control and poor customer service, I will not return and take my business elsewhere. 6 dollarsliterally in the trash. Read more
We?ve been here before a few times and have ordered online a few times as well, so needless to say we like BurgerFi. Our most... recent visit was a bit more pleasant than previous visits. We were greeted by a very friendly cashier and staff behind thecounter. As a side note, the food was really good, but this time the service overshadowed the food itself. It didn?t stop there.As we dined in, we were asked politely a few times if we needed anything. The overall service in our most recent visit was thevery reason people like to return to places. Burgerfi is an awesome place with a great menu. Lots of options for burgers and hotdogs. Fries are super good and everything... seems fresh snd organic. They also have waygu meat for some burgers and dogs. Would go there again, if you like burgers Checkthis place out. I cant wait to try their custard next time, it looks really good. This place won't disappoint you. There is nota drive through, online ordering wasn't working at the time. It took about 15-20 minuets to get food after ordering , but it wasalso for 5 people, so the time frame wasn't terrible, it's better than fast food trust me. Little pricey but worth it for whatyou get, very filling, we all got the double burgerfi burger, I had parmasean fries, which were awesome. First time customer: Wednesday $6 burger special is great! Nice patio and inside ambience- burger was a tad pink, next time I... will say well done. Only have a single stall mens restroom- Visit 2: Onion rings are awesome! Wednesday deal still the best!Update 4: the app stinks. You cant request well done burgers, you cant add pickles, no space to request sauce on the side (ranchand bbq) and even if you're a loyal app user, you cant order the $6 Wednesday special and pick up to go-boo boo! 5th time: DoNOT order Burger fi thru Uber eats, we ordered 6 meals, but every single one of them was soggy af, fries were wilted and soggy.My guess is the driver put them under her AC, we never got our sides of ranch that we paid for. We reached out, and we got a $1refund. Yup $1 Buck. On a $40 + ticket, plus tip and charge. More like Burger Cry!!! Read more
