Disagreement with employee over charging regular price for items that are mix and match on menu. "You have to say mix and... match". Common sense ,I don't work here so ,why not call this to the customers attention? So cancel that and just I'll justtake the two kids meals. WORST PLACE EVER. STAFF IS RUDE INCLUDING MANAGER! This was not the first time I've had extremely poor experience here. The food... is not up to par with other BK restaurants. This location is HORRIBLE. Management is a couple of younger kids that apparentlyhave not had any schooling in respect or customer service for that matter! Some days, some BK?s are awesome. Fries are fresh, food is good. Today was not it. Grease was old which made the fries taste... gross, burger patties were hard and 3 people working on a Thursday afternoon?! No wonder the food was terrible and the wait waslong. This is honestly the worst Burger King have ever been to in my life. The service here is always so slow as the other reviews... have mentioned. On top of that the food always comes out either cold or over cooked. The other day I ordered a whopper Juniorand the patties were rocksolid, hard and overcooked. By far the worst Burger King experience I?ve had was at this location on 7/25. I placed a mobile order for the new spicy Cha... King sandwich along with $20 of other food. Upon arriving to pickup my order, I was told at the drive thru they were out andthat if I want a refund to pull to the second window. By the time I arrived to the second window I was handed my mobile orderand was ?here you go?. I asked about my refund and she stated ?you just have to go to the website?. We asked if we could justget something else and all they could offer was the exact value replacement and said we?d just be out of the money until wefilled a form on their site and provide screenshots. We then proceeded to pay for two orders of chicken fries which took a longtime and multiple cars left the drive thru and honked behind us. We finally got our food and asked about sauce and she saidsince our order had sauces listed that they are currently out of, she just didn?t give us sauce. Whopper is one of the most addictive foods available. It's that taste. This store has it down pat, super fast service with an... enthusiastic staff. And coupled with that attitude makes you want to return. The buns were fresh as well as the standardsandwich condiments. Property was clean both inside and out. Will we go back, yes is the answer. This burger king has the rudest GM and some young girl manager. Everytime I come here my order is always wrong and they make you... go wait back in the drive thru which usually takes at least 20 mins to get through so your food is cold by then. Last night theydid not have the ice cream machine working but yet the app sure took the money for them and the manager had no clue how torefund the money back nor would see even try to help very very rude people running this place it honestly should be closed downuntil they can get people that know what they are doing and treat customers correctly. In addition to them eating and drinking in front of the drive through window, yhey have some of the worst trained and most... unkind employees I've ever dealt with. They literally made me weight in line twice because they were out of something I already ordered. The manager was even argumentative when she got the drinks wrong. I'm glad I checked as they were being purchased forsomeone with blood sugar issues. Their carelessness could have hospitalized someone. This is not unacceptable.
