This Applebee?s? in Port Richey, FL. off of Little Rd. In the Plaza?I was rushing to go home in Orlando, FL. I didn?t look in... my bag before I drove off. While driving I took a look and tasted it, it?s bitter and burned, this is how they serve you burnchicken to go. I normally try not to give reviews to Big Box Restaurants. However, For a Big Box Restaurant the food was actually good! Sat at... the bar was treated really nice. Ordered my food and I was pleasantly surprised how good the food and service was. My experiencewith Big Box Restaurants is normally not this good, either the food is terrible or the service is terrible or a combination ofeverything bad! Lol. Got some chicken wings (actually tasted like chicken this time... not rubber). I received the 2 for 1 beer deal. I never knew... they had a 2 for 1 beer deal. Good service from the waiter. Would have received a 5 star if we didn't have to wait 5 minutes tobe seated. Was not busy and the bartender had to go in the back to find the hostess. Read more

it was really nice coming back here to Applebee?s after a very long time. Our server she was amazing our food was great. I?m... food came out pretty fast as well and the new drinks tasted amazing. It was cool that they?re running a promotion right now aswell so we took advantage of buying a $50 gift card to receive an additional $10 gift card for next time and we also receivedfree movie tickets because we spent over $50. Location itself it?s perfect because Walmart is right there and after running yourerrands you could have dinner here along with a great outdoor seating if you wanted to as well & it?s peaceful. Looking at theinterior though it looks kind of older and however the prices did increase now the two for 20 is like two for 24 & it just goesup. But I guess it is what it is. Read more
Had such a amazing time with my mom at Applebee's for lunch today. Appetizer was so delicious. The creaminess of the beer... cheese on the waffle fries definitely had the perfect flavor combo. The main dish (which is my go to favorite) was the HoneyPepper Chicken served on top of the four cheese mac and cheese. (Make sure to get extra honey pepper sauce on the side). Mom gotthe Wonton mini Tacos. They are I believe coleslaw and chicken (A little Spicy) Little tip make sure you ask them to be servedon the taco rack thingy so they don't get soggy on the plate due to the juicyness of the coleslaw. And last but not least thedessert. We shared a Pecan Blondie Brownie topped with ice cream. Instead of the Maple Cream Cheese sauce we did some Carmel.Which in my opinion is better in flavor. Dylan was our waiter (Bar Side) and he was super friendly and was on top ofeverything. So I hadn't been to an Applebee's in probably a decade and the only reason I went back was for a work party. But I can tell you... this I won't be going back again. The menu at Applebee's is terrible. And what I mean by terrible is there's not a lot of goodchoices to make. Nothing on the menu really strikes any type of interest that makes you go "oh yeah that just looks so good". Wehad a table of five people and all the food from the descriptions of others including myself tasted just bland without muchflavor. Steaks weren't cooked properly no where the burgers to the level of pinkness. When the wings came out they were hard tocut through and you could tell they had been sitting on the heater for far too long. I personally didn't have problems with thewaiter but others at the table did because he had not heard the requests and was semi-forgetful. Read more
Food is always good here. At least its been my experience. My friend and I ordered the 2 for 28 plus added a few things. The... waiter was slightly busy, however a very good server. I don't drink alcohol, so I sat away from the bar area in a window booth.I like the verity to choose from. The French Onion Soup is great. Enjoy you meal, I did! Read more
