Group from Oklahoma here!! We were in town visiting family. This was our favorite meal of our trip!! Hands down the best Cuban... sandwich. Empanadas were amazing. So were the fried Rice balls( I forgot the name but they are rice stuffed with meat, peas,carrots, cheese? deep fried & covered in marinara) - ORDER THEM!! Also - the coffee was better than any coffee shop we went to.Ant was so friendly & provided the best customer service. We enjoyed our conversation with him. First time trying Ant's Kitchen Cafe and won't be the last. The owner, Antonio, greeted me as I entered. He was happy to explain... the menu and help me decide on my meal. I got the Pollo Ropa Vieja with congri, black beans and plantains. Authentic is the bestword I can use to describe this meal. Sorry the picture is only a portion as I started eating beforehand. Absolutely amazing Cuban food. Fresh and hot! Will try their Italian menu next time. The lower rating on atmosphere simply is... to reflect they're a small shop only three tables, but cute and clean. Like a small deli. The employees are all about takingtime to answer questions you may have and ideal service. Even though busy, I had a personal request for an addition to my meal(not on the menu), and my server went into the kitchen to make it so. FANTASTIC?! YES... It's a small yellow building setback from the road, so if you aren't paying close attention you could pass it.
