I was the GM of this location and I quit Sunday cause I couldn't do my job the correct way cause the way they run their business... but anyways today was payday I didn't get paid on DD or when I asked about it they are ignoring from the bottom to top of thechain of command I tried to handle this is a respectful way they owe me 200 for ice that I bought due to the store ice machinebeing broke to make sure customers happy and we keep temps on things where they need to be and all I'm asking for is what isowed to me I was on salary working open to close to make sure things was done right and was only required to work 60 and this ishow you treat your employee Read more
We to this location last night service was horrible the white last had an attitude, when I received my food I didn?t know they... put stuff on top of the fries I told her I didn?t want them she telling me that?s how they come so I asked if I can get plainfries she told me next time to order them that way if I knew that?s how they came I would have. The person at the register was very rude when I arrived. I placed and paid for my order over the phone at 12:25pm. I was told... it would be ready in 19 minutes. I left my office at 12:44 pm. It takes about 5 minutes from the office to get there. So Imade in the restaurant around 12:49 pm. Per the cashier/person who took the order, it should?ve been ready at 12:44. When I gotto the register the cashier asked I was picking up, I said yes. She asked the name on the order which I gave her. She then toldme, you just placed this order, it?s not ready yet. I told her it had been at least 20 minutes but can you give me the drinkcups while I wait? I walked to the drink station and there was water dripping from the ceiling and was all over the floor. Thewater was even dripping in the kitchen where the food was being prepared. There?s no way this restaurant should be serving food.This is clearly unsanitary and unhealthy. THIS PLACE IS AWFUL! Went to pickup my wings, was told when I arrived the order would take longer. After another 20 minutes of... waiting I finally received my order. Arrived home and realized 7 wings were missing out my order. I called the store andinformed them I would come by tomorrow and would like my order replaced. The guy over the phone slightly laughed and said ? ohwe don?t do that?! I was informed I could not eat the wings I had but instead had to bring them back in the store to have theentire order replaced. The General Manager, Beverly, was terrible and informed me to call back tomorrow in which I still wouldhave not been accommodated. I?ve never had such poor service. While I was on the phone speaking with a night manager anothercame in, I explained the story again and she proceeded to inform me about the policies. I then stated well if you will notaccommodate me then I want my money back. The manager then says, ?we don?t give refunds and it?s posted everywhere. At thispoint I?m in a lose lose situation. I head back to this place, asked about the no refund signs that were supposed to beplastered all over and she then open the door and say ?look you see it?. Went to this location because it's open later than those nearer to me. My friend counted the wings and they were like 3... short. He said the cashier was looking like "really" and he was like yes. This place is expensive. Other than that the wings,fries, corn..and my favorite besides the wings is the ranch sauce???? I Absolutely LOVE IT! Read more
