This place was nearby so I was interested to finally try them! Admittedly it wasn?t the best, not the worst either. The fries... were soggy and kind of just tasted reheated. The wings were good sized, and cooked well, but the flavors were pretty lacking forme personally. Never had a problem when I come here,I ha e been here in a while. I don't know if it under new management or owners, but this... not the place in use too. The people working in the kitchen is not the same, some lady and man. The woman had her I wanna saygrandkids in there running around and she just sitting on her phone talking about how busy they are but yet your sitting out onyour phone. The store smelled something it never did before. But after 45mins sitting and waiting I decided to leave. I watchpeople come in after me and get their food. Stopped by for some wings since this was the closest place near my air bnb - the lady during the day was all alone cooking but... was sweet and fried the chicken and shrimp to perfection! So good that I went back again one of the nights I was there andalthough it was good and the guy (I think was the owner) was very friendly- the chicken was not fried to perfection this time.But still 5 stars because of the service overall! I decided to try something different as usual and my short trip to the upper 9 led me to WhoDats! I was a little leery at first... because not all wings are good but this place proved me wrong. I ordered the 15pc combo, which was a mistake because I could noteat it all. They had so many flavors so I chose the honey bbq and the sweet and spicy bbg. That was a great decision becauseboth had great flavor and the sweet and spicy was not overpowering. The waffle fries were crispy and soft at the same time. Iasked for no seasoning and that was perfect because they already had a seasoned flavor. They were half wings, both flats anddrums and thankfully they are NOT hen wings. They are also crispy and soft at the same time, just perfect. Not bready or toohard. The combo comes with a drink and choice of fries but not all fries are the same price. I was charged $25 and some changebut he rung me up for $26. The inside atmosphere was nice, a rastafari/Parisian feel. Digital juke box with speakers and an openkitchen so u can watch them cook your food. Seem to have a lot of specials, especially with chicken. They sell seafood andburgers as well. Zeek/Zee was the cook and probably the owner as well but he was very polite and sure of himself. He cookedabout 4 orders while I was there and yet I wasn't there very long, so he definitely knows what he is doing. I definitelyrecommend this place if u are looking for wings or a hot bite to each. did a pick up for the 1st time, I mean what does he have, a million flavors?!????????????????? I believe it's pretty good. I... just like the variety and if course made to order?? the cook was nice and fast even though he was alone he handled his business.Just have patience these days and wait for your food if that means fresh. I remember in Georgia the McDonald's didn't drop yourorder until you ordered it, keep it fresh and reduces waste that most companies trash instead of giving away.???? Read more
