My hotel wad right next door, and Wendy's is my favorite fast food, so I was excited. Needless to say, the bathroom was... disgusting. I told an employee about it the first day I came, which was last Monday. Heading out we stop by one more time forbreakfast and the toilet I told them about the will before was left untouched. Food was Wendy's average. But I'm afraid to knowwhat the kitchen looks like if they are okay with their bathroom looking like this for a week straight. Read more

The employee in the drive thru gave us our food and when asked if that was all he turned and walked away instead of answering.... The nuggets were burnt, fries were cold and then to top it off my daughter found a fly cooked into her burger. Unless you wanthorrible service and bugs cooked into your food I would not recommend it. My family was in town for vacation and running latefor a tour or would have turned around and taken it back to the store then. We are contacting the corporate office. Read more
This particular Wendy's is the untidiest and unappealing that I have ever visited. When I walked in you smelled a bad food odor... as though some sauce was old. The lobby was dirty with sticky and wet floors via the soda maching-a bit of dampness is to beexpected, but not to this degree. Some of the seating had its leather slashed and definitely needs to be replaced. I simplyordered a 4-piece nugget. While the service was fine with a polite and engaged cashier, I likely will not visit this locationagain for a long time in an effort to give the property an opportunity to make changes. Read more
Me and my boyfriend went to this store on a whim for lunch two days ago. We don?t usually eat fast food so it was kind of a... treat to get some burgers and a doctor pepper. I would also like to state that I never leave reviews for restaurants ever.Anyway, we went in around noon. The store and drive thru were busy. The nice lady working the counter was so damn nice and sowas the lady who gave me my food. They looked like they had a good system in place to get them through their lunch rush. Thestore was clean and people were enjoying their food. Anyway like I said I never leave reviews but that was a really fun treatfor me, I hope the ladies are paid well and have fair management and benefits because they deserve it.
