Website says they close at 12AM but I went 10 minutes after 11PM and they were already saying they were closed over the... speakers. Update the hours to the appropriate time if y'all aren't actually working the proper time frame shown online. Read more
Horrible ???? First problem is? The wait is super long for ?fast food? 45 mins is an ridiculously long time to wait for burgers... and fries! The workers are NOT professional nor friendly. They don?t even greet you. Just hand you the food and close thewindow! The food hasn?t been up to par for quiet some time now. I won?t be wasting anymore of my hard earn money on thisfoolishness! Let's start by saying the salad was $2 more than the other location. Next, I ordered the apple pecan salad and it'sHORRIBLE. No,... pecans and some of the apples and lettuce are browning, and to top it off, the parmesan crisp are stale. Wendy's need to dobetter. I will NOT be returning. Read more
The cashier was slow and the order had to be repeated to her several times. A young lady came in to pick up her mobile order and... she had to wait 20 min. before the manager was able to pull up the order because the cashier didn't know how. When we got ourorder, it was missing the fries. The front drink machine was broke so we had to wait until someone got out drink from the back.We again had to remind the cashier to give us our 2 frosties. My wife's order was made first, but, we had to wait until that wasmade. When we looked behind us, there was a long line of people waiting to be served.
