We came in between 8:15 and 8:30, just learning that Waffle House isnt a 24 hour dine in spot anymore. We came in to a nearly... empty restaurant. We were ignored for at least 5 mins while the waitress checked on her only 2 tables. Its as if they werestalling until 9pm when to go orders are the only option. That wasn't the issue for us, it was the rudeness and absolutelycoldness of both of the employees in there. We walked out after the waitress finally approached us awkwardly and was extremelyterse. We laughed it off but it still bothered us. I came in alone, bought a "to go drink" and use the restroom. I tipped 100%on the drink and left hungry as hell. We were coming there to eat and pay it forward. As a server who just got a really greatnew job and huge tips that long work day, I wanted to tip 50% or more to a nice server who might need it. Sadly, we werecompletely bummed and almost felt prejudged based on our outward appearances. We weren't really greeted and it wasn't clear where we could sit (an unmarked table apparently had a ceiling leaking above it) ... ... service was incredibly slow... it was very dirty in there and we weren't there during a normal busy time. This was my veryfirst Waffle House experience and boy was it overwhelming. I'm usually a fan of hashbrowns as well but the texture and taste oftheirs wasn't for me. The waffle was good though - it's thin and tastes just like an Egg Waffle. Won't really go out of my wayto ever go to another Waffle House... it's like the cheaper, greasier, more diner-er version of a generic Denny's. Read more
Creamy buttery grits, fresh bacon ???? and eggs. The waffle is the best. Quick and friendly service. Texas toast too!
The food was tasty, especially the Texas Melt, exceeded my expectations, and our server was helpful and friendly.
Surprisingly good. Our waitress was hilarious!
It is waffle house food, so nothing fancy. However They server the food on ceramic like plates and the service is nice. Go here... for a american diner experience, as far as I can tell. Read more
Haven't been in a Waffle House in years, it like I remember. Our server Felicia was superb in making sure we were taking care... of. Great favor and serve as quick as it was ready. They do follow covid protocols, so please don't forget your face mask and bepatient if there's no available seating. Read more
