Eating at this location on Read was a waste of my friends money. The table wasn't clean, our waffles were undercooked(mushy)and... thin. My hash brown bowl that I ordered was dry . Dry Hash brown's, dry eggs, sausage and the cheese was pushed on the side ofthe bowl. I added grill onions to my bowl but didn't receive them in the meal. They placed it in a saucer on the side, a fewminutes after they served me . I took two bites and I was done...i couldn't eat it!! I love Waffle House. I travel around the country for work and eating at Waffle House is a normal. This particular morning we... stopped in for a little breakfast and was met with the worst service I think I've ever experienced at a Waffle House. The servertook a long time just to take our order despite the restaurant being empty. She came to the table and placed our utensils downand then took another 10 minutes to find her notepad. Once I have food was ordered and delivered to the table we noticedimmediately that some of the things were not right. We were trying to be as patient as humanly possible but after realizing thatour eggs were not cooked all the way through, we wanted them replaced. She brung back two eggs instead of the four that weordered. They did not separate the grits from the rest of the plate like we requested and they did not have lemons to go withthe honey that I requested. The final straw was when she charged me for all four eggs despite the fact that the first set ofeggs were runny. I'm not sure if these people are all new but I was very disappointed in my service today at this Iaffle House.I do not plan on visiting this location again. Read more
