We ordered two dishes. The sushi was perfect. Very fresh and presentation was fitting. Second dish was a more local dish. It was... a crawfish ravioli, and was amazing. Two totally different menu items, both were perfect. To add was a great serving staff. Wewere in New Orleans for 4 nights and our last night we decided to stay at the hotel and surprised that one of our better mealswas right in the confines of the Hyatt Regency. Read more
An hour into our wait for two salads and chicken strips we got our salads, because the kitchen was backed up. Not the best... choice of restaurants for lunch unless you have well over an hour available. Read more
Sushi was fresh and made to order. The veggie burger was tasty. There's something for everyone on the menu. Multiple monitors... showed various sports. Power outlet and USB outlet at the table level... was perfect for charging my phone and portable powerbank simultaneously. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. Expect higher priced items on the menu based onthe location inside of the hotel. Read more
After a long day of traveling we wanted to sit and have dinner together. Once we were seated no one took our drink order until... 30 minutes went by. After that we were finally able to order and we waited for 2 hours for our food! Why did we wait that long?Because we are unfamiliar with the area and it was starting to get dark. We ordered oyster but they are very overcooked. The oysters are tiny (again, maybe because of overcooked). The flavor was ok... though. Not the best in NOLA definitely. We also ordered catch of the day (drum with crab meat on top). The fish is tastelessand has some unfresh smell. Given that each dish is over 20$ for lunch, the quality of food is definitely not worth the price. Read more

1st visit service and meal was very nice. I ordered "The Saint" a soft shell crab, shrimp tempura, an spicy crawfish sushi roll.... The 2nd visit not so much. The young lady was inattentive and the "buffalo wings" were pretty but, taste like French dressingand hot sauce. Read more
The food here was excellent once we received it. We were told this kitchen is the same one use for room service, so it can get... bogged down. Pack your patience and enjoy the atmosphere and food. Read more
