If you?re looking for a place to catch a game while in NOLA - this is the place. The staff could not be more welcoming, and the... owner is a true gem doing amazing things for the city. I was able to watch my son?s championship game (which of course was inthe middle of a long-planned vacation!) so really, they can do anything. Cold drinks, delicious nachos, and awesome people. We love this bar. Great place to watch a game. We were there to see the Vikings play the Saints. Jimmy is great and so is the... rest of the staff. I just can't remember their names. There are great TVs above the bar and plenty of seats. We had eggsandwiches and they were tasty. It was great because they opened at 8 for the game. We will be back next time we are in Nola. My husband and I had a great afternoon watching the Vikings game at the American Sports Saloon Sunday!! We?ve never been in a... facility to watch sports with more TV screens than they have! Room for everyone!! Even on balconies with a private screen foryour game! Service was pleasant and accommodating even though they were swamped due to the Saints game at the same time! We went here for the NHL playoffs. It's not easy to find a bar to watch hockey in NOLA. What a great place this was! Not only... was almost every TV on the game, but the sound was up and the place was filled with hockey fans enjoying the game! Although wewere a bit outnumbered by the Ranger fans, it was still a super fun & friendly atmosphere! Kelly behind the bar was superfriendly, attentive & outstanding!
