Food is set when the staff feels like answering orders. As a restaurant, hospitality, food & beverage manager I understand the... disconnect between service and patron. There is no desire to work & perform here. The employees are not approachable orreachable. Everyone seems unhappy and unwilling to do their job. Where is their leadership? As much money as this particularlocation pulls in the staff should be happy & eager to serve. Where are the good vibes? Where is the drive and desire toaccomplish accommodating consumers? Came to drive-thur line at 10:45pm, 3rd car in line until 1 by 1 ppl ahead of us left. Line ended up being to people 10 cars... long, literally ppl on Claiborne in the parking lane, feinding for dat bell. But eventually at 11:20pm they took are order andby 11:25 we were outta there. By far the worst service I have ever had ?Kim-manager? on 10-4-22 at 10:30. Was so rude she should not be a manager and should... be fired. My food was cold and terrible, I had to throw it away. I asked for hot sauce and got everything but. I waited forher to return my change and asked for some hot sauce. She responds back with ?you got what I gave you.? Then she slammed thewindow closed. I couldn?t believe it. So I took the wrong packets out and tried to exchange them. She opens the window aftereating her food in front of me and screams, with her mouth full of food, ?give me your bag!? I asked ?why??, since I?m holdingthe packets in my hand, she then slams the window closed. I honk to get her attention, because now she is intentionallyignoring me. A few minutes go by, holding up the entire line, she finally opens the window. I ask her to send her manager overand she screams at me, ?I am the manager!!!?. I ask her for her name and she says ?Kim?. I told her that she does not need tobe so rude. She gave me 5 packets of hot sauce all smashed and stuck together. I tried to calm down and pull over and eat myfood. But it was so cold and horrible that I had to throw it away and went next door to McDonald?s were the food was hot andthe people were nice and friendly. This lady if her name really is Kim, should be fired. I?m so disgusted and I love Taco Belland go there frequently. 90% of the time my order is wrong or they are always out of food and drinks. Attitude is despicable they act like they angry and you did them something the cheese taste like iron poisoning or something... nothing of what I ordered yet mad with me and kept the receipt. They don't deserve 1star Read more
I went there around 5:00pm So when I started ordering my food the manager said ?oh that?s too much? but if I?m spending my money... there I expected it to be to my liking. They also left some items off of my order and when I said something about it She starteda fuss. She is very unprofessional!!! And I will not be visiting this location again. She don?t deserve a job in fast food ATALL. She was very ignorant and didn?t have a problem showing it. AND AT THAT LOCATION YOU WILL LOSE YOUR CUSTOMERS IF U CONTINUETO HAVE THIS PERSON AT YOUR ESTABLISHMENT!!!!! By far the worst Taco Bell I?ve ever been to. They made my order wrong 3 times, I remained calm and polite. The guy came from... the back to argue with me while the manager stood there. Obviously he?s illiterate and couldn?t read the order as it was printedout. People like that can never survive in a professional setting. I feel sorry for them. It?s sad because the manager is nobetter. And it wasn?t even that big of a deal. Smh. I can?t wait to call corporate on Monday. Read more
I wish it would let you give out negative stars. I have worked in hospitality and customer service industry. So when I say I get... that late at night when you are ready to get off you just want to go home. We waited in the drive through with line of carsaround the block. When it got to our time to pull it and order. They informed us they were busy and short staffed. This locationI'd extremely busy so I was very patient and waited. We waited 30 minutes. So I tried to talk to them. No answer, I got out ofthe car to see if it was still a little behind you can't see around the building unless you do. No cars were in line. So myfiance of course lost his chill and laid on the horn. NOW then they started talking, needless to say. Don't go to this location,they obviously don't care and will wait you out until they close. Absolutely the worst staff I?ve ever met. The inside was closed before 8pm and when I went through the drive through the lady at... the windows was extremely rude and hostile within the first encounter. I?ll never eat here and I?ll never recommend it to anyoneelse. Read more
