The female worker is very rude. She asked us to leave the store and go somewhere else!! They don't even deserve one star. Being... a vegetarian I didn't have much choice. Usually I avoid Subway chain due to poorly managing their locations. This chain willshould go bankrupt. Go to the middle eastern place right across from them. Read more
I have been waiting a month for a refund on my online order from this store. I have emailed the company directly and they said... it is out of gear hands because each store is privately owned. Then I email Evan and he just says he's sorry and that he'll talkto the franchisee. I still haven't received my refund, nor have a gotten a response. The store was closed even though the hourswere during their open time. No one was in the store, no food was out, and the lights were off. I will continue to write reviewsand email corporate until I get my money back. I will also tell everyone not to order from this store. Read more

Food was just Subway as usual but.....walked in before ordering to use the restroom and saw a sign that says "restrooms for... customers only" so I thought no problem since we were ordering anyway. Asked the cashier to use the restroom and he gave me acoin. No problem. Once I opened that door..OH MY GOODNESS!! That restroom was the nastiest, dirtiest, restroom I have seen ina long time. I'm talking about I would have rather used the restroom at a gas station or rest stop. That thing was disgusting. To top it off I was sooo disgusted I wanted to make sure I washed my hands and touched nothing but there was no soap or papertowels!! Yuck!!!!! If my boyfriend wouldn't have already ordered that food we would've been walking out end of story. I postedtwo pictures of the door lock and coin but didn't want to disgust you guys with pictures of that nasty bathroom. Do yourself afavor and skip this place altogether.
