If you order online they are terrible. The only way to get what ypu pay for at this Subway is to go in to the store so you can... monitor them making your sandwich. I got only one tomato and one pickle on my whole turkey sandwich. Read more

I asked for fresh lettuce that wasn't BROWN and was told "it comes out the bag that way." I asked if they could use a different... bag and was told "that's how it's delivered." So, all the lettuce will be BROWN and spoiled! Bread was also stale and burntafter they "toasted" it. Do NOT eat here. There is a much better, cleaner place next door where everything is always fresh(i.e., Green to Go). I wanted something different today but NEVER again. Read more

This is literally my favorite subway. The staff is so friendly and makes whatever sandwich I want and I always leave this subway... feeling happy and excited, both about my sub and about life. 5/5 stars would recommend to anyone who like delicious subs andkind customer service Read more

dont go to this subway especially if you are military or a vet they refused to honor the Subway veterans day promo.. the other... subway on diamond st did so if u can go there at least they respect our military and veterans Read more

BEWARE! I would give this place less than one star if possible. They swiped my card for my order which came to $4.95 and then... swiped it a second time for an order three times the amount. I happened to check my account on line half an hour later once Ihad returned to my office and called the store immediately. The girl on the phone told the manager/owner what I was callingabout, and he just said there was nothing he could do, just to call my bank. I am still fighting with the bank to get my moneyrefunded. They gave me a provisional credit, but I was then told the claim was denied because "the merchant information showedno error"! The counter people were laughing and talking to a friend of their's in line behind me who was ordering multiplesandwiches. Apparently they swiped my card for her order as well. Merchant has the "Oh, well. Not my problem" attitudeconcerning customers being ripped off in his store. Worst employee that i have ever see . Her attitude was the worst. Customer needs respect no matter what . And this as a subway... facilities should teach their employees to be nicer . You can?t just talk to a customer however you want . The way you treatthe customer . It is very important for you as a business to tell this girl or send her to school to learn manners . Read more
