Shouldn?t even get a star. Horrible attitude from the person waiting on me, despite my greeting. Did not say a single word to me... the whole time I was making my order, and didn?t even give me a receipt, he just moved onto the next costumer. Never coming tothis establishment again. There's one particular man, but he acts like a very rude "boy". He stares at people, like it's a stare down contest. He stares... when he's not even the one making your sandwiches. He always talks to his female coworker in his Indian language when he's inthis upset demeanor. One time I wasn't interested in a stare down contest, so he then immediately walked out into the lobby areafor whatever reason. I just walked out with my sandwiches and turned my back to him never looking back. I noticed othercustomers just looking down or away from him when he does this stare down contest with them. This location is really stingy with toppings. I had to ask for more of anything I wanted several times. Like, how do you think... it's ok to put 2 spinach leaves and 4 olives on a footlong? Read more
This is by far the best subway location I've been to in the city. They are so nice and amazingly efficient! One time I was in... line and I watched the team handle five online orders, six customers (one customer ordered three different sandwiches) and thenmyself. I was in and out in less than seven minutes, which is INCREDIBLE!!! They are so professional and I love being a regularpatron there! Read more
This is the cheapest damn subway I've ever been too. I got a steak and cheese wrap with spinach and they hardly put any meat on... this thing even after I asked them for more meat. They just put extra spinach on so that I'm basically eating a salad. Not happyat all with this service. Read more
Ordered a sweet onion chicken teriyaki chopped salad, and after the person had already measured out NOT even a full portion of... the chicken... he asked me if I wanted double meat, to which I responded NO... but I also commented how what he had measured wasnot even equivalent to "one" portion... He then poured out what he has already selected, then remeasured and gave me even lesschicken than he had originally. I wish I would have taken a pic of the salad... It barely took up "half" the salad bowl. Everyother location I go to... The bowl is full when I get it. Literally, had I not been with other people who had already ordered(and were riding with me)...I would have gone to the other Subway about 3 miles away... They have way better management, who'snot trying to nickel and dime you for everything. I know I'm just a regular consumer... But, I WILL NOT BE GIVING THIS LOCATIONMY BUSINESS... YOU HAD YOUR CHANCE TO IMPRESS ME, AND YOU FAILED MISERABLY !!! There's way too many other locations nearby,with sooooo much better service, and they're NOT trying to skimp on ingredients !!!
