Everytime I go to that particular store, my order is placed and the food is made quickly. The employees always speak and have... nice attitudes. My last order sadly I wasn't able to complete on the app and it was lunch time so I had to go in store andorder. It didn't dawn on me that other people in the area had the same taste buds as myself and also wanted Subway... on thatONE day I think I waited 10-15 minutes but that's it ( mind you is was like 1215pm) the peak of lunch... Clean store, everything in the display case looked fresh. Food was good. The lady behind the counter was very friendly.
This subway is one of the worst subways I've visited. They always manage to mess up mobile orders. It never fails. It's obvious... that they can't follow simple instructions on a print out. I continue ordering from them because it's closest to my job buttoday was the last chance. I ordered two sandwiches with different veggies, condiments, and meat. Guess what? They switched thecondiments, veggies, and meats. The buffalo chicken had all the veggies & mustard which I didn't order it like that plus it wasmissing my requested sauces. The bacon chicken ranch had no veggies & had all the sauces that were supposed to be on the buffalochicken. In addition, I personally asked them to toast the bread but they failed to do so. As a result my son had to switch hisfavorite sandwich with a sandwich he did not like because it had all these veggies,sauce that he doesn't eat. Simply becausethey can't follow instructions. Ordered a Turkey sub Deluxe with extra cheese and recieved some soggy BS with minimal cheese (possibly a half portion)! No chips... and 6 cookies missing!!!! I called, and asked for them to refund my card. And I was informed no manager was on duty and theywould not answer while their employees were asking for help. The last option I was given was to drive back because I orderedonline, and the would be the only way to get a refund!!!!!! Never Again!!!!! Honestly more disappointed with the fact that noone paid attention to the order notes. Only thing right was the first sub and extra lettuce on the second. Wasted an extra $8for this Bull****????
