This is my 2nd time going there and this visit was equally disappointing. The bread was stale the 1st time and the cookies were... old. This is the worst sandwich I?ve ever had from a Subway!!! The bread crumbled in my hands, and no, it wasn?t toasted because the... cheese was not melted. Just old, stale loaf with a strange (old bread) smell. A veggie delight missing red onions completely,maybe 5 pieces of bell pepper, herb and garlic oil all in one spot. So I basically received a loaf, with lettuce, spinach and acouple pieces of bell pepper with some herb oil. Unfortunately a delivery order that cost me $17, thankfully Grubhub refundedthe $7.00 sandwich but now I?m out $10 and still need to eat. I?ll never order from this store again. Read more
Normally I enjoy getting a meal from Subway. Unfortunately it seems as though the workers have been given instructions to skimp... on the toppings. When Subway first opened you wanted to go back because the toppings made the sandwich. I hate to say it butseems that many of the franchises are under new management and the portions have decreased. I would hope that the owners come tounderstand that what they spend on the purchase of the vegetables is recouped tripled in the cost of the meal. They are notlosing money by giving more in toppings. If I could give this place a -100 I would. I know we are in the midst of a pandemic, however it doesn't cost to be polite. And... mind you it's not all of them in the store... But it seems as if the Queen ring leader has a problem then the tiny Queensfollow. This is not my first time having to deal with the attitude. If there is a specific item out of stock "attitude". Four stars because the food and staff have always been great at this location. I do not want to make them pay for one person's... actions. However, the owner of this establishment hit my parked car and didn't have the decency to even discount a damnsandwich. As someone who owned a restaurant for 6 years, let this be a lesson in customer service. Accidents happen. The $2food cost you would have spent is a lot cheaper than the review I give every time someone asks me why I'm in a rental car. Wordof mouth matters. Believe me I would rather be telling a story about how someone made a mistake but did a nice thing in return. Oh well. Read more
Terrible experience. My husband went in to get some sandwiches to go, but needed to use the restroom first. They refused to let... him go until he purchased something, which he had previously stated to the person at the register before hand that he would bepurchasing food. They spoke rudely to him the whole time. He left with out going to the restroom or purchasing food. We've neverbeen to this subway, and never will again. And will be calling corporate. Read more
