If you're a regular, I suppose it's a pretty nice place. I'm sure the food is probably good. And the hours "till" mean they... close whenever it dies down. I would never driven out of the heart of town to this place, having known what now know. My firstimpression is the lack of customer service. My first impression was the nonchalant, borderline rude hostess. Also, don't go bythe menu on Google, nor the menu on their website even. Even the 6oz. Filet was almost $40 and that doesn't include anythingsides. If you're going to pay that price, may as well go to Ruth's Chris Steakhouse where the customer service is better. Theyclearly didn't care if anyone ate there or not. They can have it. Read more

At 8:50pm one night recently, we walked into this restaurant for the first time. We were greeted by a hostess with "they ain't... serving anymore" as she played with makeup in the wall mirror by the entrance. To which I responded, "Online says you close at10pm". The hostess responded with a laugh and that their website hasn't been updated in forever. Not sure how she could havebeen proud about that, but as another reviewer has mentioned, they take care of their regulars, and that did not describe us. Asa Lakeview resident, I was pretty disappointed in the service of this neighborhood restaurant. I recommend you respect new facesthat walk in the door because your regulars won't pay your bills forever. Read more

Most likely a blessing in disguise?? Immediately upon arrival to the public parking spaces, we were greeted with questions of... whether my family was eating at this establishment and, that, if not, we needed to leave according to the hostess. Unbelievably, after questioning that type customer service, I was told (in front of my family) to F* off by the ?Manager? andthat he had 16 regular customers to service, while simultaneously flipping me off..there are literally thousands ofrestaurants?probably better?in the greater NOLA are so do you and your family a service and go elsewhere. Had dinner here Saturday night. We did not have masks with us and were asked to put one on as we entered the restaurant. We were... told we could purchase 3 for $1.00 per mask. These were regular disposable masks that come in bulk. At $1.00 a piece that isvery over priced ESPECIALLY when factoring in what we spent on our meal! Among other items, we ordered 2 steaks and a vealentree. Both steaks were ordered medium rare, but one had to be sent back because it was RARE, (blood red and cold in themiddle). By the time it came back out, 2 of us were almost finished our meal. The overall quality of the meal was mediocre, nothing that really "wowed" us. Took one star off for the overpriced masks that we had to buy to enter the restaurant, and took2 stars off for the quality of the meal itself. Read more

Have been to eat here many times but tonight absolutely the worst dinner experience of the last few years. Took my wife here for... her birthday along with my sister. Kitchen was incapable of cooking my wife's steak correctly cooked medium rare to rare.Ordered medium well. Salad she ordered never came. Asked nicely to see the manager after they refused to cook another steakwithout charging me again for their error. Refused to visit our table. Found the manager/owner myself. I have never been treatedso rudely and unprofessional .Asked him what was wrong with this place, His response was "this is a Fxxxed up place". Willnever return and will relate my negative experience to all....UNPROFESSIONAL. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. Read more
