Everything was out of stock, the line was long and slow, both drinks tasted and looked like it was just milk.

Ordered a latte in my reusable cup and was told they can only serve coffee in takeaway cups or Starbucks brand reusable cups. If... this is a company policy this is appalling with regards to the environment and unnecessary waste in 2022! If this policy is onlyat this location, it is simply terrible customer service. I avoid single use items where possible and had brought my ownreusable cup so I decided not to purchase anything and go elsewhere.
