Nice atmosphere, nice people, slow service. If you order a drink make sure you check on it. If they get busy they just start... making drinks, seemingly not checking the order on which they came. I saw multiple people give orders for 2+ drinks come afterand leave before me. Read more
This is the worst Starbucks I have ever been to, I mean, they are consistently terrible. I live in the neighborhood and I can?t... tell you how many times they have messed up basic drinks, like ordering a caramel macchiato and forgetting the syrup. They areconstantly out of basic menu items. The staff is slow and unfriendly, again, consistently. A little disappointed as this is a place that is conveniently located. However, the Wi-Fi constantly disconnecting and only... having one bathroom will discourage me from coming again. They also had almost no food options. Nothing was wrong with my drinkor the customer service. I would much rather go to a different place with reliable internet. I would not recommend this placefor someone who wants to grab a coffee and do school work. Edit: the music was also unbearably loud. Nice service and clean with seats inside. Easy to find with free parking. Good customer service with efficient service on... delivering drinks. It has that New Orleans customer service which is slower than normal but above average for new orleanscustomer service. They don't make change for 50 dollar bills and may not have receipt for you. This was such a precious Starbucks! Lots of comfy couches and seats inside to get some work done! The employees were very kind... and friendly. I parked in the lot in the back, which shared its spots with a grocery store. It was pretty crowded, but there?salso street parking. I would come again! Read more
I am a person with a physical disability that uses a walker. I visited this location and fell in front of the store because... there was no ramp in the FRONT of the store. I didn't know there was a ramp until I was told by the manager on duty that it ison the side of the building. For such a nice building, I expected more. I will be speaking to corporate. This is unacceptable. Read more
