After handing me my chai-tea latte, the cool barista asked me if I like my tea sweet? i paused and said yes. Nice atmosphere, nice people, slow service. If you order a drink make sure you check on it. If they get busy they just start... making drinks, seemingly not checking the order on which they came. I saw multiple people give orders for 2+ drinks come afterand leave before me. Read more
This is the worst Starbucks I have ever been to, I mean, they are consistently terrible. I live in the neighborhood and I can?t... tell you how many times they have messed up basic drinks, like ordering a caramel macchiato and forgetting the syrup. They areconstantly out of basic menu items. The staff is slow and unfriendly, again, consistently. A little disappointed as this is a place that is conveniently located. However, the Wi-Fi constantly disconnecting and only... having one bathroom will discourage me from coming again. They also had almost no food options. Nothing was wrong with my drinkor the customer service. I would much rather go to a different place with reliable internet. I would not recommend this placefor someone who wants to grab a coffee and do school work. Edit: the music was also unbearably loud. I am a person with a physical disability that uses a walker. I visited this location and fell in front of the store because... there was no ramp in the FRONT of the store. I didn't know there was a ramp until I was told by the manager on duty that it ison the side of the building. For such a nice building, I expected more. I will be speaking to corporate.
