BEWARE The customer service here is horrible!!! No hello, No how may I help you ? Simply a person who took 2 mins to come from... the grill to take our order. That was a process in itself I had a question on upsizing the meal and he simple said ?SO? Not yesor No but ?So? we then paid and moved down to the pick up area the lady was on the phone texting someone and heard me but didnot stop I could see the food was sitting there and when she finished her text she then said here is your food and by then thefries which were clearly not hot already was just barely warm my recommendation is to hire more customer geared service people(you will make more money with repeat customers) vs one and done and treat people better as far as the food goes it was just okand the fries are soggy so we will not recommend this place nor go back to it. Saturday, May 28th. I had the pleasure to visit Greenleaf and Bannas Smoothie located in the Riverwalk in New Orleans. The... cashier Jaya received my order, she was very friendly and professional. I ordered a banana berry smoothie. The smoothie was notsweet so I went back to inform them. Jaya the cashier went to the manager concerning the matter to see how she wanted toresolve it. At this point the manager Ms. Shantell greeted me and acknowledged my complaint she offered to remake it or give mea full refund. I opted out to get a remake. Ms. Shantell didn't stop there. To accommodate me she displayed excellent customerservice and and customer satisfaction by offering me a 50% discount off any menu item of my choice from any one of therestaurants she managed that is located in the Riverwalk. I had the option to choose from one of the following restaurants.TheSouthPhilly Steak and Fries or Greenleaf and bannas. I ordered wings and fries from South Philly,the wings and fries wereprepared fresh. Ms Shantell went far and beyond to ensure great customer service. Is located in the beautiful city of New Orleans... Me and the wifey were here for my niece's wedding. After reading other... reviewers, I have to tell you my experience was good. The food was plenty. Sandwich was large, We probably could have orderedjust one and split it. Customer service for us was a 10 fine young gentleman.Place looked clean. Price was about $19 a sandwichwith fries yes. people who work in this store are trash. They dont know how to deal with customers. And their manager is so so trash. She... doesn't know how to talk to humans. They charged me extra for no reason, and when I talked to their manager, she was like (momyour order is ready to pick up)!!!! Like just take your food and leave. I just paid my money for nothing .
