My boyfriend ordered the vegan Gumbo which he really enjoyed. He also got the BBQ chicken wings and was excited to try a... vegetarian version of wings. He ordered the six piece and got charged for the 12 piece and the waitress said it was her firstday which is apparently an excuse for not fixing the mistake. I ordered the soule burger (I'm not vegetarian or vegan) and itwas nasty. I have not often been displeased with a burger, but I didn't finish it. I've had better quality and better tastingburgers for a fraction of the cost. Also I was given a list of possible sides when I placed my order and my boyfriend goes, "Ohthere's side options other than fries?" The waitress THEN specifies those sides are upgrade. Which clearly would not have beenmentioned had my boyfriend not asked for clarification. That should have been mentioned before she started listing them. Ourmain goal for was for my boyfriend to try the gumbo as part of the New Orleans experience so that was achieved and a positiveexperience. So I'm thankful that part was at least good. To conclude the rest was way over priced for not being that good. Andthe waitress was not honest about cost and was unwilling to fix her mistake on the overall bill. Read more

Visited as a last minute stop while in New Orleans. I think this is probably the best vegan food I'd had during this trip. I... ordered the wings, vegan mac and cheese, and gumbo. All delicious. Had some vegan gumbo from a different restaurant earlier inthe day and that one paled in comparison to this one. Bf who is not vegan also really enjoyed his non-vegan options. Definitelyrecommend. Incredible! Kina, the owner, greeted us as we walked up and took care of us the whole way through. She made recommendations and... they were all delicious! Southern hospitality at its best. if we?re in town again we?ll definitely be back! We enjoyed the veganmac and cheese, jack fruit burger, and fried cauliflower with Soulé sauce. Read more
Very friendly staff. It is a mostly Vegan restaurant but did offer some meat options.
Super good gem of a place. Our vegan party of 3 got spinach dip & chips, gumbo, the chx nuggets, garlic parmesan chx wings and... beignet fries. The cup of vegan gumbo was quite a bit and hearty with beyond sausage in it. The vegan nuggies were thin andcrispy and really good. The vegan wings looked like calamari at first super flavorful and the sauces are awesome. Forgot to geta picture bc we just dug in. The vegan spinach dip was really tasty and the chips were AMAZING. The vegan beignet fries... everybite made us so happy. ???? I'm super happy we got to try this place. Will be back for sure. Read more

Ambiance was dope. I can definitely see how sitting in a different area will give you a different experience. Service or staff... workers were completely nice and genuine and we all got along. Last but definitely not least the food was buttery delicious andit was not over the top I would definitely want to try everything on this menu. P.S. and I would like a like to add a Souléhoodie to my collection. Read more
