So this was my first Smoothie King experience and I was pretty surprised. It is more on the health conscious side- my man... thought it was another daiquiri place, fyi no alcohol is served here. Lots of whey protein options, so it reminds me of a gymsmoothie bar. There are LOTS of options but I?m not sure if they have any non whey protein options. I will have to try a allfruit or green smoothie. This place reminds me of. Jamba Juice except more creamy smoothies/protein focused. I kindof wish ithad the options for wheatgrass shots like Jamba did. Although, I?m not sure how well it would sell here? Read more

I was second to order out of 5 customers and I was the last customer to receive my smoothie after 25 minutes! There was 5... employees rushing for closing rather than getting customers out of the store! Once I received the smoothies my fiancé smoothiehad big chunks of ice after I was the last person to receive my smoothies! I really wanted a refund due to the lack of effortthe kids gave to making the smoothies plus I tipped them way before I even received anything! I wish I didn?t do that either, Ibasically tipped them to give me bad service. Read more

I'm sorry, but my experience was very upsetting. I ordered three medium smoothies 32oz. I got one small and brought it to their... attention. No apology for placing me on the" pay no mind list" So I waited for the correction. At this point I noticed a bit ofan attitude. Became afraid of what they might do to my drink and asked for a refund. Was refunded all but my $2 tip Why would Itip someone who couldn't get the order right. I asked for My tip back as well. I might have allowed them to keep the tip, theattitude pre- vented that grom happening. I know they are college kids, THEY NEED TO PAY ATTENTION!!!! Read more

I just left the smoothie king here in Franklin Ave. I ordered 2 smoothies and I was given one of them. I waited until they... almost cleared the store( About 15-20 minutes) when one worker asked me if I wanted to order something else. I told her that Iwas waiting on my carribean way. She was clueless. I said the lady that took my order and the other 2 workers went to the backand one was on her phone.Onr of them was the lady that took my order. I said please give me my money back because the one I hadwas liquefying. I also asked who was the manager. She said thr manager would be back in the morning. I asked her name, she saidJamesia. I asked the last night and she said she didn?t know. She gave me a refund. Unbelievable!!!! Read more

Every time I order a strawberry hulk from this Smoothie King location on Franklin, it?s either never blended right or taste like... something is off. Do better or look into the correct recipe. It?s frustrating when you?re looking forward to a certain taste andget disappointed everytime. Read more

I have been a customer for years in Ga and now for the last 2 years back home in NOLA. I can say that I have never had a bad... experience until today, not in the product which is excellent as usual but in the experience. I didn't mind standing in linefollowing the social distance rules and the 3 customer limit inside. However, as it was my turn to be one of the three peopleallowed inside next an employee (she did have a mask on) came outside and asked me what was my order. I told her I had no ideauntil I went inside. She didn't seem pleased and as we spoke someone came out and I went in. While still outside I happily read the no one allowed inside without masks sign I gave a couple of people in the line masks who did not wear one. Imagine mydisappoint when the employees not only did not have masks but also did not have gloves on nor did I see handwashing. To top thatoff several people in line behind me for some reason got served before me even with several items to their order to my one. Theemployees should have masks and at the very least gloves considering they are talking and handling cups and lids with their barehands. I hope this is an exception and not the rule. I will try another location in a couple of days and hope that theemployee's utilize masks and gloves ..please. Read more

Weather dictated I have something cold while working both in/outdoors. I don't visit Smoothie King often but when I do the... service is very quick. Customer connection is stoic at best yet that's fine by me. Gladiator protein drink is my favorite. Verylow sugar content. Read more
