The people here are so sweet. There used to be a lady who worked here who was always on her A1 game. But I just felt so... disrespected last time I went. I had 4 drinks in my order. They have tons of blenders, but only used 1blender for my order. So 6people behind me came and went. I didn't even have a whole person working on my order. He stopped and made someone else's orderbefore getting back to mine. Then he forgot what I ordered. Isn't it printed out on the receipt that they use to prepare thedrinks? How do you forget what I asked for? Then he used the wrong formula & tried to convince me I asked for the wrong thing. Ihad that smoothie a million times before. I checked with a photo on the website. Then I tasted it. It definitely was the wrongformula. But they are sweet folks. But this was so disrespectful to me. Read more
I've visited this Smoothie King (SK) before and they usually do a great job, so this review is only for this particular... smoothie. I ordered the Veggie Slim & Trim. Three people came in after me and was served so I had to ask about mine. She saidit didn't blend right and they had to remake it. When I did finally get it, it did not have the same taste or color as I've hadit when it's made right. This exact scenario happened some time ago at this location when I ordered the same smoothie. Maybeit's not a popular smoothie that is made often, but please be consistent in making it right, with the same taste and color. Icould taste something was missing. So far I've only found two SK locations that make this Smoothie perfectly, but they allshould be the same. I'd visit again, but may order another blend. This smoothie king has good services when it comes to the workers working at the cash register and servicing, I love how the... male owner is so friendly and greeting. My daughter wanted to work here, the female manager told her she doesn't hire highschool students and especially not the ones that are in 11th Grade, but her friend works there and she's younger than her. It'sreally picks and chooses when it comes to who they want to hire, and some of her friends previously worked there. I thought thiswould've been a great black owned job for my child, oh well!!! The location is within walking distance from my home. It allows for some exercise and the reward is a smoothie. The store is not... very large so they allowed only 5 customers in at a time. The workers moved quickly to service the customers and the drinks werevery good. Only issue was that I could not use a gift card while trying to order online. Possibly I did not see that option whentime to pay. Read more
Discovered this Smoothie King in New Orleans. Doesn't look like other Smoothie Kings on the outside however it is similar to... other Smoothie Kings on the inside. Same menu, good quick service even day after Thanksgiving. Read more
