One of the best tasting menus we?ve ever tried hands down! Incredible food, unique dishes, wonderful experience all-around. The... cheese soufflé is to die for. Definitely a Michelin-level meal, too bad Michelin is not in NoLa yet. Read more

Just ate here and it was amazing! Good and service was great. Every dish and wine was explained and the pairings were... beautifully done. I had to rush out at the end but if I lived in New Orleans, I would definitely become a regular at thisplace. Read more

Although the food and service was good, I do not feel like this experience was worth the price. The starter - Oyster, apple, and... amazake, had 1 oyster and a few pieces of apple. The sea bass was very tasty, but again, a very small piece of fish. The rabbitloin and guinefowl were both very good but very small portions. The dessert was two donut holes that were served very basic. They could have easily been served with a sauce or something but they were served alone. Two of us did this tasting menu alongwith the wine pairings which was $501 and still not sure why it cost so much. It was a nice experience but I would not returnfor the price. New Orleans has too many other wonderful options that are priced more reasonably from chefs that are just as wellknown. Read more

If you can get a reservation, I highly recommend this dining experience! Did the wine tasting pairing and loved their... descriptions of each wine. These flavors were so detailed and well thought out! The snapper fish was cooked perfectly with themost delectable sauce! Read more

This establishment is incredibly versatile and a real diamond in the rough. There's a bar; great for aperitifs, a nosh, or even... a bottle of wine (or two) from their fantastic wine list. You can take it home with you OR enjoy in the courtyard! Dinner in thedining room is intimate, charming and personal. I highly recommend the wine pairing, of course! Definitely one of the moredifficult tables to get, with only 16 seats, but it makes for an experience like few others. Read more

It?s a cozy atmosphere and the staff was all really nice. Some dishes were excellent some were good and one (Lima beans) seemed... a bit out of place. Their butter is amazing! It was a really nice night out! We left wanting just a tiny bit more food though???? I?d come again since they change the menu frequently as everything was inventive! Read more

Overall, fairly disappointing experience. Pros: They were happy to accommodate me as a solo diner, and even showing up an hour... before my res, again, were very courteous to seat me an hour early. Meal started off well with a tasty mini cocktail with somelovely bitter green tea to balance the St. Germain and other sweet components. Nice amuse bite of a little piece of fried cheese(excellent) and a green chili pepper (I believe) purée that wasn't remarkable and under seasoned. Excellent bread course ofnaturally leavened corn cakes. Probably the best bite of the meal. Then things started to go downhill. With some questionablecombinations of ingredients in the dishes. First course "Hokkaido Scallop". The most delicate and sweet of all the delights ofthe sea. It was chopped up / cubed (like it was put through a meat grinder) into such small pieces its place as the supposedstar of the dish was lost. Such a delicate seafood drenched in a parmesan soup rendered the scallop practically unnoticeable. Not to mention the bacon in the dish. Using such heavy ingredients does nothing to highlight the scallop which was billed as thecenterpiece of the dish. To make matters worse, I opted for the truffle addition ($30) to this dish. Surprisingly, the truffletoo was drowned out by the heavy and rich parmesan cream and bacon. There was a fair amount of truffle, but I have never tasteda dish where truffle failed to come through as it did here. Again, the scallop bits were almost indistinguishable in the"soup". Second course: Caviar with bone marrow and chorizo. Again, such questionable combo of ingredients. Using bone marrowand chorizo, two incredibly rich and heavy ingredients and then laying some caviar on top? It didn't make much sense. The caviaris completely overpowered by the marrow and chorizo (which were fine on their own) and didn't offer much texturally. The caviargives the veneer of elegance but nothing to the dish except adding to price of the meal. In addit Read more
