One of my fav places in NOLA! And also one of very few places that I've been back more than 3 times in NOLA! Food is amazing... (and affordable). My favs are chicken liver pate plate and duck pastrami sandwich (highly recommend adding gruyere cheese). Ialso tried their meatloaf sandwich and fried chicken thighs, which were also scrumptious. What a cool little spot! I thought the food was really solid and loved the vibe of the restaurant. Very relaxed. I got the... chopped salad with the pecorino dressing. The pickled peppers in there were really good. I got the grilled swordfish as aspecial. Super delicious. The vegetables it was served with were really good and had some kick from chilies. Has a cute courtyard, the food was good, expect mosquitos outside. I know it's new Orleans, but sometimes people forget.

Lovely spot! I’ve been wanting to take my foodie grandmother here, and we finally went for brunch/lunch. The menu was great,... and we really liked all the food. Bbq shrimp was delicious with a nice spiciness, crab cake benedict special was rich and tasty,and all the sides and drinks were good too. The staff was wonderful. I believe our server was Peggy, who was attentive butseemed just a little bit impatient. The hostess was very kind when we realized my grandmother had forgotten her vaccination cardat home, and they pushed back our reservation for us while we went back for it. I really appreciated the COVID precautions likemasks, card checks, and spaced-out tables — makes eating out with a elderly person a bit more comfortable. The building isadorable with a gorgeous patio, and I love that it’s a little bit off-the-beaten-path. My grandmother raved about how much sheenjoyed this meal. Such a gem! Read more

Found this place via google maps and it was fantastic. I got the fried chicken thighs, Mac and cheese and collared greens. All... of it was so good. My wife got the meatloaf sandwich with a pickle and homemade chips. The meatloaf sandwich was my favoriteI’ve ever had! Read more
