Cool place. Great food. Service was slow and not at all attentive.. sat down for over 15 minutes and had to get up and ask if... someone could take a drink order. Service throughout meal was slow also. Food was tasty and spoke for itself. Read more

Dinner portions were extremely stingy and served on small plates in an attempt to make them look more generous. The food tasted... good but we left still hungry. Service was prompt and friendly but I would not return. Read more

Really amazing place! Everything was gorgeous. We went one for drinks and we?re so swept away we came back the next day to swim... and just hang out. The cocktails program they have is absolutely incredible. It?s a smaller menu but all heavy hitters. Theirpool and pool area is really great (also almost no kids). Clean big bathrooms, a rinse off shower, nice loungers, and big towels. Also side note if you watch Better Call Saul the bartender inside very much looks like Lalo and was a favorite of ours. Also they French fries and ice cream sandwich are out of control. Read more

Steps away from St Charles, escape to a quiet antebellum home/porch, with no political connotations, for a well curated cocktail... list. It?s dark, almost stormy?the lighting, paint, and shadows. The humidity clings to your skin and clothing; the cocktailgoes down easy, refreshing nothing body and spirit. There are open tables, shadowed in dim light, and corners to escape to.Enjoy the ambiance of the city, found in a glass and on a porch. Read more

A welcomed surprise for the area when it comes to food options. I had reservations on how it would be given it was in a hotel. ... I was gladly mistaken. Drink menu offers a variety of beers, plenty of wines, and some very interesting cocktails! The foiegras starter was a fun choice. It has cream cheese it is which cuts that gamey flavor you could taste. It would be a greatchoice for someone unfamiliar with it. We dined on two different fish entrees. It was solid work by the kitchen. Bonus pointsfor the Bearnaise sauce. Chef's kiss. Read more

Another stop on our walk around the beautiful Uptown area. This new hotel/bar is well laid out in a restored mansion. Really... beautiful grounds and common areas...the fire pits are a lovely touch out front. Our mixologists were friendly andknowledgeable....you should expect to spend some coins, as it averages $600 a night to stay. Read more
