This location is garbage. Monday June 20th evening crew. Made my sandwich wrong 3 times. Simple no pickle, no catsup. And when I... went back guy snatched the sandwich out of my hand, words were exchanged and 2 of your employees came out to fight. This looksbad for the Rallys brand. The entire staff needs replacing. Yesterday evening 6/11/22 around 7pm me and my wife went to this location. It?s important to us because we met here in 2005, 17... years ago right before Hurricane Katrina. So every year we go back here on our anniversary to the place we met and then travelto other states. We pulled up to the drive through. The signs were broke, the building looked abandoned, there was a papertapped to a sign saying drive to the window to order. They only had one guy at walk up and no cars in drive through. I pulled upto the right side. A black lady with braids/dreads was there getting the walk up order. We was at the window almost 10 minutesand nobody ever came to the window, and they only had one customer. Then I noticed the guy on the fry station he looked like amanager. He was literally taken OLD fries that been sitting there under the heat lamp and putting them in the fryer to be friedagain. Basically re-warming OLD food. We pulled off quickly and didn?t get any food. Who knows what other unsanitary things arehappening here. This place is a dump. It?s filthy. Lack of customer service. Needless to say we will NEVER eat at this locationagain. This place needs to be rebuilt and shut down. Anyone worked at this location on 6/11/22 needs to be FIRED!!!! Read more

I couldn't give it a lower rating of -99 it needs. I ordered door dash a baconzilla combo large with a sweet tea. Two chilli... dogs with cheese sauce.and a medium chocolate shake. This is what I got for my chilli dogs... This is what the large frieslooked like and this is what was supposed to be the chocolate shake I paid 5.00 for . The best part about this meal was the fullrefund I got from door dash. So I can at least try again with another restaurant. Learn from my experience and stay away fromthis disrespectful place. Starters I waited 20 min , Got the wrong order-no drink, when I gave it back to her she gave me the same order after waiting.... Then argued me down I ordered it wrong with the biggest attitude, made the person taking my order correct her , for her to thentell me they were out of what I ordered & she messed up! Told me to refund me she had to ring the order up again & I had to payagain- I asked her if she?d give me the void ticket she said yes. Took the card then told me I have the receipt (my originalone) so basically charged me twice! A mess! Read more
