If your the type of person that likes to call and talk to automated systems then maybe this place is for you. But it's... definitely not for me. I pulled up to the drive through speaker to place my order and was greeted by a computer. I know thisbecause I after hearing the voice I asked if it was a person or a robot. And the speaker confirmed it was a robot. Not wantingto deal with the automated system I pulled up to the window. They told me I would have to circle back around and use the speakerif I wanted to order. I told them that I did not want to deal with the robot, and since they would not take my order, I left.They have lost a customer for life... Read more

I want to be contacted by a district manager. . This location has poor management. On the night of 5/9/22 at aprox 11pm, a... heavyset male declaring himself to be the manager refused to honor the free fries coupon that we received via email for signingup for the Rallys loyalty program. I ordered from here and this is the second time my food came looking any kind of way. The chicken sandwich I had tasted old and... the lettuce was hella wilted. The fries was soggy and cold. The boneless chicken looked refried and tasted like it was. If Icould rate them 0 stars I definitely would. Rally?s need to step their game up. This is beyond sad. They usually take forever to make your food unless you are in drive-thru, and have attitudes any time you custom order a burger.... Usually if you go as soon as they are open, you'll get a good meal, otherwise it's like they left it under the heat lampovernight. I have since returned, and WOW was I wrong with the first review. Went around 11:45 today, and was in line(behind 2customers) for roughly 45 minutes. They got one front order out to every 3 drive through orders. I finally got to put my orderin, and had to ask for a receipt for a credit payment. I ordered what I usually do(Big Buford combo, large, no onion extrapickle) The sandwich was made incorrectly, (no onion no pickle) and the fries were cold and stale. They, apparently thought it agreat idea to give someone COLD FRIES who got their receipt. I usually love the food from Rally's, but this location is gettingworse and worse. My suggestion would be, fix their training or close the location until they can get people who actually WANTthe job. Read more
