Food was not fresh at all. Fish burgers were hard old and stale. The best thing was the fries.
I have not been to Rallys in years and now I know why. My mother wanted a fish sandwich so I decided to try the deep sea... double. The fish tasted like it was refried after sitting for a few hours. It was very hard around the edges and throughout.Also they did not taste fresh and was prepared very sloppy. The French fries were hard and they forgot to put my Brookie in thebag. Only satisfaction we had was the vanilla shake. Y'all have to do better. Good food and good service brings customers back. Read more
Do not got here. Which ever woman was working the window around 8pm on 07/21/22 was the rudest customer service ever. She... literally acted like she wanted to fight me. I will no longer be going to this rally?s just because of her. All I asked for wasan extra cup that I was happy to pay for. And she literally acted like she wanted to fight. Tiffany at the drive thru window has a very bad attitude. If she can?t b polite and nice or gets aggravated easily she shouldn?t... b at the window. I simply told her to take one item off my order after my 5 years old changed his mind and she got mad andslammed the window in my face. Very nasty attitude. Read more
I had decided to give Rally's a chance after keeping away from them for many of reasons and just when I go against my gut, this... happens! I order a large cup of ice only, just to receive that with a plastic bag inside my cup with the ice in it. I had noidea until I got to the middle of my cup and saw that my "ice" looked different and when I reached inside, this is what I find!Gross! I immediately called the store, no answer. So I called corporate. I was given a number where they filed my complaint andsupposedly someone will call back. I won't hold my breath. Do better please. Smh Read more
Love their strawberry soft serve at this location I'm not sure if all Rally's have the strawberry swirl right now or not but... been kinda let down these past few times I been bc they been out of the cake cones ....Come on Rallys help ya girl out can't dosoft-serve ice cream with out that cake cone!!! Literally just left the Rally's on Chef Hwy. I ordered a sandwich and fries. I specifically asked for fries and sandwich to be... hot. I arrive home and got the exact opposite of what I ordered-- see pic below. Sandwich cold, hard and very dry. The frieswere also limp and cold. I have call 10 times and no one ever answered. This is ridiculous to serve this standard of food toanyone. They had to see this meat was dry and the fries were cold and wilted. Read more
The drive thru was actually pretty fast this time. The food was warm so it wasn't too bad.
