Sat in line for at 10 minutes in the drive-thru just now. Only one car moved before I left. All y'all do is make chicken, how do... you not have chicken ready? Read more

It has been my opinion for some time that Raising Canes and Chic fil A are two of the few remaining fast food restaurants in the... New Orleans area where the patronage of customers are still truly valued. I, however, was absolutely taken aback by myexperience at this location this past Saturday night. I ordered a box combo at the drive thru and asked for extra cane sauce. Once at the drive thru window, I asked the Canes employee working at the window for extra Canes sauce. The young lady looked atme with a dismissive blank stare and said "No" in a rude manner. I immediately thought that she may have joking with her rudedemeanor. Seconds later, I was somewhat shocked to find out that this was not a joke after receiving my order. Once receivingmy order, I checked through the food to make sure that everything was in fact correct. I was appalled to have been given anorder with extremely cold chicken, fries, and toast. Additionally, there were less than 15 total fries in my box and thechicken had blood leaking from the middle being that it was clearly not cooked throughly... There wasn't any extra Canes sauceplaced in the bag. I decided not to return the order because of the rude attitude that I was greeted with at the drive thruwindow and didn't want any further dealings with this place. I paid over 11 bucks for this meal only to be given coldundercooked chicken, very few cold fries, and cold toast. I won't ever spend another penny at this Canes location again andconsider yourself forewarned if you're reading this review. On the other hand, this has been my first bad experience as aRaising Canes franchise customer. This review is definitely not a referendum on the Raising Canes franchise as a whole. Hopefully a member of management reads this and address this situation in the proper manner ..... Please maintain Raising Cane'sstandards of excellence !!! Read more

I had a bad experience at this location...I ordered food through the drive thru...and as I started to eat the fingers they were... extremely sallty! I couldn't even eat them. I called the location to advise them of the issue they were very rude and hung thephone up on me, as I repeatedly ask for a Manager. I suffer with high blood pressure and this is the first time I had extremelysalty food... I just wanted to make them aware of the issue. But instead I got a slap in the face!!!!! Never again will I eathere!!! ???????????? Hire new people please if you want business!!!! Read more

This was my first visit ever to this chain and this location didn't leave me with the best impression. Very limited seating and... it was kind of dirty inside. The chicken was pretty good but a couple of my pieces were still very greasy like they hadn't beencooked all the way. Also, if you're going to charge extra for sauce which is a joke in its own right, at least fill the lousycups all the way up. Read more
