Customer Service is rude as hell here; almost had me get out of character. This is -thee worst Popeyes in the city; only reason... There's an elder queen that works there (don't know her name) but she keeps a smile! You feel a wash of New Orleans hit you when... you hear her through the speaker. Chicken always on point! It's my favorite junk food. 2 Spicy Chicken Sandwichs will add 5lbs to your gut but it's a tasty guilty pleasure. The dining... area is closed, drive thru only. This used to be the best Popeyes ever. Now, I walk in the door and they say the lobby is closed. We made an order on the app,... and we WALKED to the store, and they told us to turn around and go through the drive through. Ignore the fact gas is almost $4a gallon, or that we sat and waited over ten minutes waiting on the drive through line, and got soggy chicken... I wish I could give zero stars. I was in the drive through for 30 plus minutes, got home to discover THIS. There was an insect... on my sandwich and this popcorn shrimp is a joke. This experience wasn't the greatest, but the food was great. Everyone was bragging about the chicken sandwich so I ordered the... spicy sandwich. And babbbbee it was good. I forgot the picture until the end. However, they need some work on management. Theyoung people seemed more professional than their green shirt leader.
