Staff is Slow, rude. Try going here, you?ll see it?s always something?.you can?t order inside, but you can order online and... come in to pick it up. Wait in the drive thru line only to find out the card machine is down and it is cash only. You havecash? Don?t stress, they don?t have change. This Popeye's on Elysian Fields was very good back before the pandemic. Now they are woefully understaffed and have to close the... lobby, so lines stretch out to the street for the drive thru. With what looked like just 3 people working, you really have towant their chicken to wait in the line! My order was correct and the guy who took my order and money was polite and unbelievablycool considering the working conditions. Read more

I try to meter my expectations when it is a fast food eatery, but this was just too much to ignore. I used the app to order.... Naturally, the app let me order things with ease. When I got to the restaurant, their drive through is ALWAYS long and a bitslow. Today was no different. What was weird was when we pulled up to the speaker, we just sat there. When we were finallyaddressed, 5 minutes later, the lady was confused about the pick up order. She took the name and went silent. Another 3 minutesand we asked if she needed the order number, to which she said No and went sileny again. 3 more minutes and she said we couldpull up. She skimmed the order, but forgot some critical pieces. She was super argumentative about what she didn't haveavailable. THE ABSOLUTE Worst! Does not even deserve 1 star. Drive thru is horrible, workers are rude, you wait so long in the drive thru... for dry, hard or over fried food or spoiled rice. Orders are never correct. Couldn?t even report the horrible service Ireceived today to corporate because the lil girl working the window had such a non caring, unprofessional attitude and barelyspoke, that she didn?t even give me a receipt. She didn?t even look at me. Handed me my bag while she?s looking the otherdirection. Just terrible! Fast Food is too high to be handed such poor quality and service. Terrible management. Lobby usual locked and always a problem. Only cash one day. Drive through ordering broken. Takes forever.... They said they refunded a wrong order which I have a receipt for but it never was put back in my bank. JUST TERRIBLE! Read more

We waited in the drive thru for over 20min. They told me to wait. Then, the other cars behind me started honking their horns and... I asked them to take my order. The worker told me to park my car and go inside to order because the drive thru was packed. But Icouldn't get out because there were cars in front and behind me. I never stop at this Popeyes because they are so inefficient that the line is always wrapped around the building. I was the... third customer in line each before me took over ten minutes. The one right in front of me was told not to pull up to save windowtimes. It took me thirty minutes to get three pieces of chicken. Is Popeyes really qualify as fast food.
