Food was hot and fresh cause I requested it fresh/hot. As for the dining area tables weren't clean at all, why don't anyone in... fast food wear hairnets/gloves anymore? They never have on them at Popeyes or McDonald's Gloves should be used also whenhandling money such as cashiers then turn around and preparing food without washing hands or using sanitizer. I feel as thoughwhen we work at colleges and schools serving food or preparing food it's mandatory we wear hairnet/gloves don't see how theydon't get code violations and fined for this at all New Orleans fast foods no one wears hairnets and gloves?! City of NewOrleans has to do more and better with inspections,fines, and pop ups visits at these fast food and restaurants that's dealingwith food/money. Especially these fast foods here! It's a turn off than when u say something bout it's attitudes and back andforwards with their employees when this is MANDATORY/LAW. Reports it to corporations/corporate and go back in same places to seeif it's been addressed and in place,Nothing changed same thing going on no hairnets/gloves on mayor Cantrell also needs to putpressure on these fast foods restaurant with inspectors/inspections for code/food violations. We went inside to order. We had an obscenely long wait time. When we finally got our order fries were cold.

The serve for poor and chickens was cold and also the red beans which had too much rice. Not good at all!

Absolutely terrible that at this point the lobby is still closed. You walk up the employees are sitting in the lobby eating and... on their phones turning away multiple customers. As a manager of a restaurant I don?t know how you plan on staying in businesswith a closed lobby. And as tourists it was very inconvenient. Read more

Purchased the REAL Popeyes in New Orleans where they still offer Cajun rice w/ur meal & if u would like white or dark meat. Now... that's the Popeyes I know ... the real deal! Read more

The slowest drive thru in the planet - it took us 45 minutes to place and receive an order for three people. If I could give... this location zero stars I would. Made us late for the show we wanted to see at French quarter fest. When we got to the lastwindow, they had to ask for our order again. Numerous people were just standing around on back doing nothing. I?ve never seenincompetence at this level. This location should just close if they can?t employ people who can do a decent job. Read more
