Placed mobile order for pickup. Husband picked up order. My beans looked like they were returned by a previous customer & were... half full. Coleslaw had plastic in it. This is the 2nd time I have had a bad experience at this location. My son worked at theold location back in the late 90's & they had great food & service. This new location socks and so does the employees attitudes.Health department needs to do some random inspections because care is not being taking when food is being prepared or served.Prices are too high to receive such horrible food & service. Always out of Mac n cheese.. they rarely have any. Then I ordered mean that said 7.99 plus 50 cent to add a specialty drink. I... got Charged over 16$. I tried to say I didn't order 3 Xtra sides I only asked for the one it came with. She kept reverting backto well you adding things cost more. But I didn't add anything! Then the other night my lid learned to live without asking forMac n cheese from there right, so we pull up 5 mins before close. She said sorry mam we are closed. I Saud well my baby onlywanted some biscuits. I'm sure they had plenty of those they were going to throw away. More than likely. I frequently visit this location, but now I see why I slacked off coming here. It?s like it?s a bunch of young kids working here... that doesn?t care about the job or the customers. When I visit, it?s always lots of joking and playing around. The order isalmost always messed up, and attitude is given when wanting to replace the MESSED UP ORDER. Well tonight was the last time I?llever come and spend the $30-$40 I always spend. I tried ordering a family meal, and we always substitute the pieces of chickenbecause we don?t eat thighs, however, this time we were told that we couldn?t substitute the pieces because they were notdropping anymore pieces for the night (mind you this was at 7, the website says it closes at 9), and this was before the ordertaker even asked what pieces we wanted. Not only was the young lady unprofessional, you can hear laughing as if this were ajoke! As a customer spending their hard earned money, this was ridiculous! Last time visiting this location!
